My wife and spent Mon-Wed of this week there for our anniversary. We scored it by selecting 4 star resorts in Scottsdale via Hotwire. When we arrive, I think we were upgraded to the club level room which was breathtaking. En suite bathroom (the bathtub and the standing shower with the rain fall shower head are awesome! Comfortable bed. Clean....

We had a ton of fun at talking stick. We headed up to the 15th floor for orange sky and decided to just stay for the live pianist and drinks (okay mostly for the view) and then headed down to blue coyote cantina (not the cafe) for dinner which is to die for! The tacos, build-your-own margaritas and chips and...

We have been home for a full day and I still have the gagging stench of the smoke filled casino/lobby in my mouth from Talking Stick. The hotel rooms are great, the people that work there are great, but it is repulsive in 2017 to have to walk through a smoke filled lobby/casino. We will not return for this reason...

We were in town for two nights for a college visit. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was quite nice with wooden shutters instead of the normal draperies. The bathroom was also quite large with a big shower, tub and plenty of counter space. We had booked just the basic room. The only negative was the coffee...

Room was incredible. Expansive, modern, clean, beautiful view of camel back mountain. It's true, lots of smoke to walk through to get to the hotel hallway, but we expected that being it's a casino. Tip: the door by the pool allows you to skip going through the casino. Bummer that drinks are so spendy on site, and no free drinks...

For the price and being touted as a 'resort', I expected a lot more. Our room had two queens and looked out over the unremarkable pool deck. The room was fairly small and definitely showed signs of wear and tear. Oddly, they weren't many outlets so had to charge phone over near TV. The wifi connection was terrible and would...

Stayed at the resort for 4 days with my family. The resort is beautiful and the amenities are great. Our room was very nice a two queen suite. The bath had a huge shower and separate tub. My only complaint was that for two days in a row, house keeping was not good. Failed to leave towels in our room...

My Wife and I stayed at the Talking Stick for three nights in March 2017 as part of a group event (fantasy baseball draft). And what a hoot we had! While I was hanging with guys, my wife was actually winning at the casino! The whole facility is set up for fun – great pool (s), great staff, lots of...

Good facilities for meeting space. If you don't want to leave the hotel to see Old Scottsdale or Phoenix, they have amenities for you to just hang out. I'm not a fan of the Casino so I wouldn't stay for a personal visit. Good space for business meetings and golf.

When you check in make sure you go to Erica! She really took care of us and it made all the difference. Our room set up was awesome, loved the big windows and the dual sliding glass doors that open to a patio overlooking everything. Very happy!
