I would not stay there again, the rooms are very run down, the only thing that was good was the lady's in the front desk, very nice. This hotel is not worth the price, I would not recommend it, I can get a nicer hotel for that price.
You couldn't pay me enough to repeat this experience. Cigarette burns on the bed covers, used coffee stinking up the room, getting moldy, and the TV worked once! And the ac unit they have is very loud! Hope your a heavy sleeper.....
We arrived early to the venue and upon request we were checked in to our room ASAP! Staff is very friendly and helpful! I’ll be staying here again ina few weeks that’s for sure!! The location is great in Prescott alley!
The shower was hot and had food water pressure. There was a fridge, microwave, and ice machine plus tv with cable and WiFi. If you like the smell of cigarettes and weed, this place is perfect for you! We had a non-smoking room and they made each person initiate a form that stated we understood we would be charged $250 for smoking in the room. Our room didn’t smell but the entire lobby and hallway smelled constantly of weed and cigarettes. In our room, the towel rack was falling off the wall and the sheets and bedspread were stained. The bathtub leaked with a steady stream of water that would not turn off and it was so loud that we had to keep the bathroom door closed because it was so loud. Our room overlooked the car wash next door which means we could not open the window without enduring the sound of commercial car blow dryers. The housekeepers were friendly and helpful. …
Only hotel that had a room so desperate times call for desperate measures. There is no pool. No breakfast. No elevator (we were on 2nd floor). No bath towels in room. We did have 3 wash clothes, 2 SMALL hand towels and a well worn bath mat. Bedspreads were dirty. We threw those on the floor, in the corner, immediately. I found myself looking for blood spray on the walls and ceiling. Paint coming off the walls. Carpet was filthy. Found a used band aid, 2 bottle caps, a chewed piece of gum on the floor. Wore shoes the whole time. Even into bathroom to shower. Very disappointed for the price. We travel a lot. Never been in a room in such bad shape
