We were there to visit our daughter who attends Grand Canyon University. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Be sure to request a room on the opposite side of the freeway as it is quiet noisy if you do not. We have stayed in this facility twice now and will definitely...

I had to work but there was no internet. Waste of time and money. I booked to get a job done. The staff was nice. Loved the room. Breakfast was very good. But, still, no internet at a Hyatt???? Holiday Inn has internet.

Fabulous staff that was incredibly helpful and very positive. The best I've encountered in decades. Only negative was the shuttle service was limited to 5 miles and the conference I was attending is 5.7 miles from the hotel. Since the hotel was an overflow hotel for the conference, perhaps they should have arranged for shuttles. Four cab fares a day...

The hotel staff is great, the layout is nice and clean. The hotel is located by the freeway, which means 50% of the rooms face the freeway, traffic noise until the early morning hours was the norm. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to ask to have your room on the opposite site of the freeway. One...

I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Phoenix. The hotel location and facilities were superb. The staff at the hotel were second to none. An awesome experience indeed. I was very impress with the night manager who prepared our drinks at the bar most night. I must say though, I believe he was there al day and all night with the...

I just stayed in his hotel for my fifth and last time. Having stayed here previously, I assumed I would have the same pleasant experience. Unfortunately, this hotel has gone downhill in the year since I last stayed here. Staff is not trained and cannot handle the high occupancy. A normally decent breakfast is now a disorganized mess. Staff is...

This time the room was worn Dien and they shower needed to be redone. My problem was our room wasn't serviced between nights and I...

I was in town on business for 6 days. In those 6 days my sheets were not changed even once. Housekeeper did not wipe down surfaces or anything. If you need a solid Internet connection- look elsewhere. I really needed to do some work and was always told there were too many people on the server. Fact is the Internet...

Pros: Great room size, very friendly and accommodating staff, good selections for breakfast. Cons(minor): Air conditioning doesn't circulate to far end of room very well, but staff gave us a small fan; only 1 hook in bathroom, no counters.
