The gentleman who checked us in was as warm and welcoming as one could ask for. Wish I could remember his name! The hotel was in the process of changing their cable provider and my husband hadn't seen the note with directions of what NOT to do so we lost the TV signal completely. That same gentleman from check in...

It was conveniently located to downtown Phoenix, and to Scottsdale and Glendale. I give the hotel 3 stars and the staff 4 stars. The hotel was clean and quiet, as well as our room; the staff is attentive, especially Karen..she was very efficient and friendly with all guests. The breakfast spread was simple and ample; both for those who are...

Thank you for your nice comments about our staff, I will share it with the staff. I am sorry to hear the Jacuzzi was not warm enough. They had to drain it and clean it because of all the wing we had, so when they refilled it it takes time to heat back up to the proper temp. We hope...

The bath tub in my room had mole, my room had debris from the previous night and remained there for my entire stay. The breakfast area was too hot and the air conditioner was broken. In the lobby area the air wasn't working. I mentioned it to the manager and he told me that it was set at 76, he...

Central Location to most Phoenix and Scottsdale, the Staff is caring, and the Facility is clean that is the positive. The big disappointment was the breakfast, the first day the English muffins were hard and stale, the next day the scrabbled eggs were very watery and the sausage seemed as if the warming pans were not working. I did advise...

We stayed here for one night, we had flown into Phoenix and decided to stay overnight before heading north the next day to Sedona. The hotel is right off the highway so it is easy to get to. Just make sure you go to the right one, there are a lot of Fairfield Inns in Phoenix. It was fine visiting...

This is an average Fairfield Inn as to style and amenities located in the northern part of the city. The extra value is the location right off Highway 17 which gives you easy access to central Phoenix and the cities to the north. Breakfast is included and we found the staff helpful and accommodating. Free parking is available and there...

The Fairfield brand is usually a good choice when looking for a hotel. This location has performed above all my expectations as an Elite member. The continental breakfast has several options of hot and cold items. The staff is magnificent, we had several requests during our stay and they went above and beyond to help. I recommend this location for...

My husband booked this room for convenience as we are visiting his dad in assisted living nearby. We got in at 11 pm and just wanted a place to sleep. Sketchy neighborhood. Noisy air conditioning unit that cycled on and off frequently all night. Grounds maintenance (a leaf blower!) outside our window from 7 am on. Freeway noise fairly distinguishable....

Quick on and off the freeway. Quiet. Easy and safe parking even with a jet ski trailer on the back of the truck. Room was quiet. Breakfast was included and included both a hot and cold selection. Staff were super friendly.
