This is my 4th stay here and will be my last. While the other stays have been good this one had too many issues. All little but it adds up. I usually wait till I get home to review but in this case it will...More
My boyfriend was bitten by a scorpion in the room and the front desk staff was not concerned at all. Reply from them was "Welcome to Arizona". Would have been nice if they could have given us some help or information on what to do...More
Came back for husbands 80th Birthday. Family flew in. Second time here in 10 yrs. Not the same experience as we enjoyed in the past. Dirty kitchen floor, Garbage and beer cans on grounds, feces never cleaned on toilet, toilet over flowed with feces on...More
The room was a bit dated ( but I guess they are renovating some), carpet was dirty, and some of our friends found scorpions in their rooms (comes with the territory, I suppose!) Housekeeping was very accommodating with bringing more shampoo, conditioner, and towels, but...More
Stay away from this place unless you want to stay on the second floor which only has steps. We had very rude people above us with kids that would run around and stop on the floor when we were trying to sleep during our vacation....More

We always recommend that tee times be reserved in advance as The Legacy Golf Resort is a public course. The pro shop can be reached at 602-305-5550. Room placement is going to be based on your preference. Please keep in mind that we do not have elevators and there is 18 stairs up to the second floor units. All of our units are set up the same. We have Studios which are set up more like a traditional hotel room and include a kitchenette, washer/dryer and mini fridge. 1 bedroom units which have a full kitchen, washer/dryer and a separate bedroom sleeping area. Our 2 bedroom units are lock off units and include a 1 bedroom and a studio.
If I can be of any further assistance please let me know. I can be reached directly at 602-305-6337.

The 1br units are pretty similar, but each building has units in the ground floor and 1st floor (no elevator available). Main difference among them is the distance from the buildings (casitas) to the restaurant and swimming pool area (some casitas are closer - I don't recall their numbers, but I believe that this detail may be found in the resort map). Some units also have a view to the golf courses (but usually are charged at a higher rate).
