Stayed here for one night, prior to a tour to the Grand Canyon. I made the reservation 10 months ago, as a Gold Elite Marriott member. Staff was great, but room was poor. We were told as Gold Elite status we were "upgraded" to a room on the second floor, overlooking the Port Corchere. Terrible view, old room, tired bathroom,...

The staff are friendly but the hotel itself is somewhat depressing. I stayed here to make it easier to catch an early morning flight and it served that purpose well. The concierge lounge is very lackluster. The decor is dated and worn. The floor I was on smelled very moldy. The room looked like it dated from the early 1980s...

Stayed here one night on business. Room was clean and roomy. Bathroom was spacious. Staff was friendly. The hallway smelled a little musty in the second floor but no where else. Breakfast was an upscale buffet with a chef and was enjoyable. Nice pool area, larger than many Marriott postage stamps. And a nice outside dining area. Landscaping around the...

Been here a couple times and I have to say great job. Scrupulously clean, very friendly; staff can't seem to do enough for you from the moment you walk in the door. Apples in a tray at check in for you to grab. Not 1, not 2, but 3 papers free for you if you like at the front desk....

This is the second time we are staying at the Airport Marriott which is not actually at the airport. It is a full service hotel that is reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are very clean. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are down. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the service was excellent. It is...

Great staff, excellent morning cook to order and comfortable room but thin walls in rooms. The bar area is very small and there is only one bartender to attend to all the patrons. If you want a cocktail, order from the dining room -- you'll get it faster. There is no gift shop, no shopping nearby -- but the hotel...

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The front desk and bell people were amazing greeting us every time we came and went. I was impressed with the kindness. The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. The location was great. It was close to Costco where we get our gas. There were many restaurants and stores nearby....

I read the reviews and thought , well maybe I should go somewhere else, but I'm glad I didn't. From the time we entered the hotel, the staff was awesome! The bellhop/doorman was all over our luggage nd even gave us bottled water at the door. The check-in staff were very friendly and attentive. Your department heads are doing everything...

We've stayed here on previous trips to Phoenix, and the location is still good - near Tempe, Phoenix and Scottsdale, but the property is unchanged, and that's a bad thing. The decor is so obviously dated and worn, the bathrooms are so plain, boring and ceramic (no granite, not enough space for 2 people's kits). The beds are lumpy as...

I stayed here for a buisness stay. Very outdated hotel. And very expensive for the stay. No jacuzzi which was the only thing I was looking forward too after a long day of meetings in heels. That and a glass of wine, there is a Small hotel bar in the middle of the lobby. It's an akward location for the...

Thank you very much for choosing to stay with us and taking the time to provide your feedback. We apologize that we did not have the jacuzzi you were looking for. I can appreciate that during Spring Training the price point in the Phoenix area tends to be higher than other times of the year. We look forward to the...
