Room was clean, fitness center offered weights in addition to cardio equipment. Decent hot/cold breakfast, could've had more variety. Lobby has a well stocked pantry. Did not use pool, but it looked inviting.

Booked this hotel because we like to the chain and it was close to the airport. We arrived at around 11:00 and we were tired. Called for the hotel shuttle and it was there by the time we got to the pickup location. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the hotel the computers were down. We waited about 15 minutes and...

First, some good news: our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and at a good price, too. We would stay there again. I would have given four stars, except for the following issues: - when we landed at the PHX airport to request the hotel shuttle, we had to call three times before someone picked up the phone. Later, we...

Our flight got in late so we decided to book this hotel. The price was really great for the comfort and breakfast the next morning. It worked out great since we had to go exchange our rental car. The breakfast had enough choices. The location is easy to get on the highway.

Missed my connection at the Phoenix airport, so I got a room here. My gosh, what a treat. First, the shuttle came fairly quickly, and nice driver. Reception desk very efficient and friendly. Lobby fairly large, nicely arranged, great color coordination. My room was very spacious, more like an apartment, with a little kitchen unit (stove, fridge, plates, microwave, etc....

We stayed for one night to get to airport early, room was comfortable. The staff was great, our flight was at 5am, the shuttle left at 3:30, long before breakfast. The driver offered coffee, fruits, yogurts and a couple of other items before we left for the airport. Greatly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and room was good for...

This is a good place for a larger family that needs multiple beds (3 including the hide-a-bed) & 2 bathrooms. The kitchen with full size fridge is handy too. Free breakfast is a good touch but it ends early (9am) especially if you're from out west where your body clock makes it seem earlier. Easy airport & freeway access. A...

Just returned from a stay at the Residence Inn Phoenix Airport location. Overall the stay served the purpose of providing lodging for my stay during Christmas. However, there were issues worthy of comments. 1) The free breakfast is decent but you get what you pay for. Same thing every day -gets old, 2) I called the front desk to check...

American Airlines had a great deal on flights which required a late over night stay near the Phoenix airport. There's no shortage of nearby hotels but we chose Residence Inn because we've stayed in the brand before and because of its location and late arrival shuttle. Pick up was quick. Our driver said 15 minutes and was there within 12....

Old property in need of updates or tear down. Suites are small and dark and thread bare by today's standards. If you are middle or upper middle class suburbanite I will bet money you won't be happy here. Area is sketchy - vacant lot across the street, highway right there, grocery stores a bit rough.
