We went here for a family mini vacation. We expected a "resort" as advertised by their website, but this is really an old hotel, with old rooms, old furniture and not very nice grounds. The staff was nice, but that does not make up for the hotel itself. If you are looking for the "resort" experience, look elsewhere.

Hello Angelica A, Thank you for providing this review. Your kind comment regarding our staff is appreciated. They really do make every effort to ensure our guests' satisfaction. As a well-established resort in the Valley of the Sun, our value has stood the test of time. There are many resorts from which to choose in the Valley; I appreciate you...

We enjoyed our stay in a Casita here. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and we had several interesting conversations with the gardeners. Our casita had plenty of space for a group of five; only serious drawback was the second-rate furniture on the patio. Really enjoyed the pools, mini-golf, and sports grounds; also participated in a hoedown dinner which was fun...

I had my reservations as the reviews are all over the place, but I have learned to take them with a grain of salt because some people are just way too picky and critical. If you are looking to be in the lap of luxury, this is not the place for you, though the property is very well taken care...

We stayed there in July of 2015 for a staycation. For $150 per night for a 1 bedroom suite, it was reasonably priced. As another reviewer mentioned, the rooms are a bit outdated. The water amenities were great to entertain the kids, but I was a little disappointed to find the kid's club was extra. The experience wasn't bad, but...

second time there, and second time with issues. hotel staff tries their best but this resort has a lot of maintenance issues.. A/C noisy, water leaks flooding, door locks inop, hair in bath tub, missing linens in room. I stayed in a casita, and over the phone they told me it had a full kitchen.. wrong! only has fridge and...

this hotel is updated, clean and very friendly...adjacent to the water park is a big plus and admission included with stay...3 restaurants on site so no real need for a car....we spent most of the days on the "lazy river" as it was 105 during our stay

We stayed here after a trip to the Grand Canyon over Spring Break. The kids loved the lazy river, mini golf, slides, tennis courts, etc. It was a big busy resort, but had lots to offer for the kids. We spent most of our time by the lazy river as the kids loved it. Kids could sign out different sports...

This resort is a beautiful place. However, the rooms are a bit outdated and could use a little TLC. We stayed in a 2 bedroom casita perfectly located near all the pools, restaurants, gift shops, pool bars, etc. The kitchen was just the right size for snacks and drinks and the outside upstairs patio was great for carrying on our...

I have stayed at this hotel twice and will not be returning there. The service received left much to be desired, especially considering the amount that was paid for the rooms. The food options also did not meet the level of variety that other hotels offered and caused me to need to drive elsewhere to eat after my daily meetings.

Pretty good overall. Minus the BASEBALL Team that came. These were JR. HIGH kids, yet their coach was visibly drinking at the pool and the kids were rowdy and exceptionally loud. Towels and personal belongings were disappearing at the pool. Security came four or five times, told them to quiet down and they didn't. Finally at 11:15pm they were kicked...
