As others have mentioned, a 5star southwest resort in every way. We appreciated the staff having just the right amount of helpfulness without being "gushy". Did encounter an issue with hot water, mentioned and genuinely appreciative we let them know and they fixed before we knew it. Great grounds for a leisurely walk, with some interesting nooks and crannies to...

What a lovely place! My sister loved it! Yea! I traveled from Seattle and she lives in Phoenix. I bought a Travel Zoo but forgot to print it out. When we checked in I could not remember my password. Nick at the front desk was great he checked us in and when we got to our room I called him...

An historical hotel, the Royal Palms Resort and Spa is breathtaking. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The staff is attentive and the rooms are splendid. The room had a huge comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom. The walk-in closet was amazing. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to return.

The Royal Palms is one of our favorite places to stay. Why?....the architecture, the grounds, the great food, fabulous accommodations and excellent service. We returned to the Royal Palms to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were treated to an upgrade by hotel staff. While the designer casitas are a treat, we were delightfully given a stay in the adjoining area...

We stayed over the weekend to celebrate a birthday and had picked this resort for it's secluded beauty. Walking the grounds was something out of a fairy tale. We were first greeted by Kong and he was awesome! He showed us around the grounds and conveyed genuine interest in us as well. He gave us a great first impression and...

My husband and I visited during the summer and will return to his Resort for many years to come. The service was unbelievable. We rented a cabana by the pool for several days and it was well worth it. The guys who got your drinks, food, etc were very friendly and took note of things I liked. We left the...

We just returned from another fabulous stay at the Royal Palms in the middle of July. We could not have been more happy. Hate the heat. The pool area was great and the service of killer Piña Colidas was hard to beat. The summer heat drives the room prices way down to the point that you feel like you are...

Romantic, Romantic, Romantic! A truly 5 star experience. The designer casita overlooking the Arcadia Garden was wonderful. Great king size bed, wonderful private patio front and back, a separate walk-in shower – amazing, and separate tub. The grounds are magnificent. The architectural design is Mediterranean/Spanish and is stunning. Walking through the grounds one feels as if this is your private...

Beautiful location within hotel grounds, building and views. We stayed 2 nights. On a main road. However, over priced and rooms could be better maintained for what we are spending on the trip. We chose a Cassias Room, with a fireplace. It was 109f so didn't need it. There was big gaps under door so lots of creepy crawlies coming...

The Royal Palms is a beautiful property and makes you feel like you are in a tropical setting instead of the Arizona desert. Upon arrival the valet and bell service was extremely accommodating. Our bellman was probably the best we have ever had, so after hauling our luggage in the summer heat, we felt obligated to tip. If this was...

Thank you for your review. Our resort fee does include all gratuities for the valet and bellman so we apologize if you felt obligated to tip on top of this. Please know this has already been addressed to avoid recurrence in the future. Also, we have already made improvements to the pool area which you will notice on your next...
