This was a treat for my daughter's spring break from her first year in law school. I have to say that service at this hotel use excellent. From the minute were drove up to the valet we were treated really well. Throughout our stay we have had great service. The food was also excellent. However some of the rooms could...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I have been to Scottsdale several times but this was my first stay at the Royal Palms. The staff was very welcoming and attended all of our needs very graciously. There is a lot of privacy as many of the villas and rooms have patios and the place is laid out like a maze. Our room was very nice and...

Just back from a two night business trip to Phoenix and a stay at the Royal Palms and I must say this formally "favorite spot" has sadly lost some of its charm. The real issue for me was the physical condition of the property - the paint, carpet and upholstery inside and out need a refresh. The staff is friendly...

The Royal Palms two night stay, which we had selected for our honeymoon, ended up with incredible stress and even tears as they had "upgraded" us to a cramped room whick lacked amenities such as a bathtub, private terrace, and sitting area we'd booked two months in advance. The room we had actually booked was "unavailable" and instead of enjoying...

Wife and I tried staying here and had a horrible vacation! 2 of the 3 day vacation we spent waiting over 2 hours each day just to get a lawn chair in the sun to lay out. The resort itself has a nice tranquil feel but for what we paid I was very dissapointed.

I specifically chose a room that didn't have the old, tacky southwest decor and paid for it, but that's what we ended up with. We were offered muffins in exchange for our complete dissatisfaction with our room. Lots of extra fees added up and we will never be back.

Katie, I appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I regret that you were not satisfied with the room selection and for any inconvenience that it caused during your recent stay. We are now in the process of refreshing all of our guest rooms and other areas of the resort. It is unfortunate that the rooms...

This resort is beautiful and unique. The grounds are gorgeous! The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is excellent and the spa was relaxing and wonderful. The staff is a little slow in the restaurant- but that doesn't take away from all of the wonderful amenities this resort has to offer. This resort is a gem!

Absolutely gorgeous grounds. The rooms were nice although need a little updating, but definitely acceptable. Restaurant was excellent! Staff was friendly and always ready to help. Planning on another stay!

We spent three nights here and chose it primarily for proximity to friends we were visiting; my wife and I loved the place, and in fact our friends spent much time enjoying the pool and restaurant with us. It's really a jewel, close to everything (SMOCA, baseball, downtown PHX activities), including wonderful restaurants, but beautifully designed, with curving, heavily landscaped...
