Stayed here for one night to attend a wedding and reception held at the hotel. The check-in process was pretty smooth, although the front desk clerk was pretty overwhelmed with calls, people at the counter, and having to communicate with other staff. A second front desk clerk is really needed (not just here), as it doesn't take much to saturate...

Let me start with the positives: The lobby and breakfast room are quite pleasing.. Breakfast is as good here as other La Quintas I''ve stayed in.. which is quite a few (I have La Quinta Returns 'Elite' status this year). This is the worst La Quinta I have ever stayed in. Now for the reality check: The stairway leading to...

The rooms are very clean, the staff is very friendly and the facility is very spacious. The breakfast is great with waffles, fruit, coffee and juices. The location is just off the 17 is very convenient to central Phoenix and Scottsdale.

If you are looking for a simple hotel that has all the amenities and will treat you like a friend, rather than just a customer, this is a good choice. I come to Phoenix several times a year and have stayed at this particular La Quinta almost every time over a couple of decades. I always have a relaxing experience....

This hotel is a nice place to stay without all the hussle and bussel. There is no place to eat near, but there are plenty of places just a couple streets away. Very quiet and clean. The pool and hot tub was great, very refreshing.

I really wish that I could provide a better review but I am disappointed. The doors don't close securely, the dead bolt does not work, just doesn't feel like a safe place. If I were traveling with my hubby and my dog, I would feel much more secure. What I can say that is nice: the beds are great, the...

I booked two rooms, they ended up being on the same floor, however, different ends building. I'm so disappointed in the quality of this place. Not even close to the Quality of LaQuinta I'm used to! For the price (it was higher for Spring Training) i could have stayed in my car...because the Price did not equal quality. My second...

Her are something's you can do with this hotel. 1. Put in a elevator. 2. Implode it. 3. Turn it into a Motel 6. 4. Do not wash down buildings when people are staying in them. So when you step out of your room you do not have to step in puddles of water. 5.do not put thermostats on the...

Employees are very friendly. The room was very clean, but the exterior is shabby. No fridge or microwave. No elevator, so I had to lug my suitcase up the stairs. Thank goodness there were only two stories.

If you like staying in a hotel that is not much better than a Motel 6, this is your hotel. It was clean, but there was no microwave or fridge. The room was very small, and the light was so poor it was depressing. The staff was nice, but whoever was working the evening shift did not stop the loud...
