The lobby is big and weird with zero vibe. The room had stains on the carpet, chunks of wood taken out of doors, black mold (?) on the white grout in the shower, paint peeling, etc. It just doesn't meet the standards of a hotel in this category.

I'm here for the week. Checked in early with no issues. The room is nice but I was hoping there would have been a fridge and a microwave. Especially a fridge in AZ considering it's going to get up to 113 degrees this week. I initially thought there were complimentary waters in the room, but there are $5 tags on...

My room was clean and comfortable. There are multiple restaurants in the hotel. There is also a fitness center and...

Was in walking distance of a lot of cafes and bars. The staff was very attentive and took answered any questions I had. I only ate at the bar as it wasn't as expensive as their other offerings. The french dip was great.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was in a great location, and walkable to a ton of locations. Located next to the convention center it's a convenient place to stay. The second day I realized there was an Einstein's Bagels in the lobby. Great staff. The room was clean, and well organized. It has the option of texting...

When scouting the 2016 Volleyball Festival at the Phoenix Convention Center, and stay at the Hyatt hotel located across the street from the Festival. The staff and service was outstanding. They were very professional, courteous, and helpful in every way. The room were clean. The food at the restaurant and bar was excellent.
