I booked this as a 3 night pre pay since it looked ok on the internet....that was a huge mistake. The keys only worked 1 time and then you had to go get a new one. The front desk said it costs too much to replace the locks. In addition, I had a roach in the bathroom and I requested...

I will begin with the staff. All of the staff that I was in contact with was fantastic, especially considering what they have to deal with. Here's the list: - Credit Card reader not working at check-in - Printer not working at check-in - Sink clogged on arrival - Shower clogged on arrival - Maintenance fixed problem but nasty water...

First. It is not a Best Western anymore as was advertised. That is good for Best Western. No breakfast in the mornings. Supposed to have "Complementary Continental Breakfast". First 2 days we got stale danish pastries, watered down OJ, apples and bad coffee. After that nothing. The desk people said that they were out of food and did not know...

We arrived 10pm to find room had been used after being cleaned during day, kids on bikes riding around. They could not get room cleaned and had no other rooms available so no option but to go elsewhere. They did not help with finding another room elsewhere. Seems there must be security issues if someone can enter a room during...

All personnel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and ample. But Room was in need of some TLC. - Large bare spot on ceiling over bed where plaster was missing and exposing sheet rock, - there were some dirty sheets in the armoire with a cleaning bottle, - shower rod needs to be more secure, as well as...

We wanted to stay in phoenix for one night, and so we chose best western because it had the best price. The room was clean (although under the old carpet there were cigarettes) but the real problem was the a/c. It was very powerful and it was making such noise, that we could not sleep. The most important thing was...

Hotel is located close to highway exit. Which is convenient for road trippers. Room, Lobby and breakfast area, even pool is very clean. Front desk people are very nice. After check-in I noticed that shower facet is not working. They gave me new room immediately. Breakfast was good too.

Unexplained charges at check in and a smug arrogant check in clerk who couldn't explain ithem. The clerk finally told me "Well you don't have to sign the paper, we're going to charge you anyway". I've stayed at this hotel before and I don't remember that type of smug and arrogant attitude.
