As a Hilton Diamond member I've stayed at many embassy suites all over the US. This place is a little run down and outdated. It was a one night stay to catch an early flight so no opportunity for the free breakfast. However, the happy hour bartender was absolutely fabulous.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

The rooms are way more spacious than what advertised. They have a small living room at the entrance, with a kitchenette. The couch can be converted in a bed, therefore is a separate bedroom. The bedroom is also very big and comfortable. Nice swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Great breakfast included, any omelet, pancakes or french toasts, alone with the typical...

Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff was polite and helpful. The main bedroom furniture decor is a bit out dated, but in great condition. Convenient location. The complimentary (full) breakfast is the best.

It is ok if you know what you are getting, but this is not what you would expect from an Embassy Suites. It has an outdoor courtyard with a very weird design The location was very strange and I thought I was lost!

We typically have a good experience with Embassy Suits. Unfortunately, it seems like this site has not upgraded the rooms since 1980. The registration area is very nice and appealing. The staff was all very professional and accommodative.

Poor value. The hotel is in a bad neighborhood. There were sketchy looking men hanging out near side entrances with non-hotel bedding sneaking in behind guests. The rooms are in bad shape. At least the breakfast cook was really nice.

This is NOT an Embassy Suites if you are familiar with that brand. I have stayed at many E.S. properties and this one does not resemble any of them. It's a converted Motel 6 or something similar. All the rooms enter from the outside. When I arrived, by hotel room was completely dark and the room was open. I was...

Check-in experience was great! The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean, fresh smelling and very inviting. A great place to rest. Our Group was traveling on a Mission Trip to the Holbrook Indian School, and after being in the desert for a while I was ready for a nice comfortable...

Horrible service where paid parking permit was not mentioned at check-in, but a notice that my car could be towed was placed on the 4th day of my stay. Room furnishings, carpet, and wallpaper were worn out and need to be replaced. The air conditioner fan was extremely noisy, especially in the living room. The bathroom had a stopped toilet...
