Hotel staff provided outstanding support for a meeting of about 30 members of my organization, with their children and spouses. I arrived to discover that, through no fault of the hotel, my group's reservations were incomplete. Hotel manager Tiffany and her colleagues did an extraordinary job of setting everything right almost instantaneously. Their courtesy and support for our members was...

Check in was good and room was great with a lovely comfy bed. Didn't use any hotel facilities so can't comment on them. Stayed just for one night and as such was totally acceptable so would definitely consider here again.

Summary: If you just want to stay a night or two at a relatively clean place then this place will work. I always try to look on the bright side of things but it was difficult with our stay here. It's not that there was something specific that was bad but that everything was ... not what it should be....

Stayed here enroute to Sedona because of its proximity to the interstate. If looking for an overnight stay while travelling in this area, it is just fine, but would not recommend for longer stays. It is an older hotel that catered to business meetings and conventions. The restaurant was good and had a nice buffet. Rooms were clean and suitable...

My wife has walking issues, so we requested a ground floor ahead of time. We didn't get it however and we're put on the second floor clear down a huge hallway, so she had to use her wheelchair to get to and from the car, which was kind of a bummer. The room was very clean and the beds were...

Stayed here overnight on the way to the canyon. The facility is a nice, clean hotel with a nice lobby and free working wifi. It is an old facility but looks like it is maintained well and updated on occasion. The beds were comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. I also received breakfast vouchers since I am a...

Great Hotel suite with buffet dinner and breakfast. Basketball court, swimming pool, tennis on site. Staff was friendly and room was large and very accomodating. We booked short notice and got a nice upgrade due to an open suite available.

Had a lovely check in experience and really enjoyed my first floor room which had a terrific view of the pool and spa. Very spacious room with a yummy bed and I so appreciated how clean the room was. Great location near the I-17 yet I was not disturbed at all by any noise emanating from freeway traffic. In the...

We stayed for two nights. The hotel was great. Spacious. A little old looking but it has an indoor and outdoor pool. We thought it had a free breakfast but turns out we were wrong. The beds were great. Soft with great pillows and blankets. Best bed I've slept in a long time. Front desk was friendly and tried to...
