The hotel is in an ideal location for traveling from the Phoenix airport however, you must pay for everything. We wanted to leave our car for 4 days and had to pay extra for that. I wanted to have breakfast and yet you had to pay $15.95 for that. I asked if they had complementary coffee and the answer was...

My wife and I stayed at the hotel last year for a conference. During the conference we won an overnight stay with breakfast for two. We went to the Pueblo Grande Museum that is across the street from the hotel and walked thru the 2/3 mile trail while it was 98 degrees outside. After this we were both feeling very...

This hotel is 60% more expensive than the very high-end Crowne Plaza at the Brussels airport but the quality and maintenance feel more like Econolodge and should be priced around $69 (being that the cost of living in Phoenix is not like that of large European and US coastal cities). The front desk person disconnected from checking me in to...

Thank you for staying with us at the Crowne Plaza and for taking the time to share your thoughts. I apologize that your experience did not live up to our high Crowne Plaza standards. I can assure you that our pricing takes into consideration many factors mostly influenced by the market conditions in Phoenix, so again I am sorry that...

Pillow cases with stains. Bed sheets with stains. Bed covers with stains. Toilet bowl that doesn't flush properly. Rooms not being cleaned even though you remind them before you leave to have them cleaned. Food that comes too late and you already missed lunch during a conference because the chef burned it the first time. The only thing we like...

This hotel always lives up to expectations. Perfect location to the airport and light rail to get around town. Staff sometimes isnt the friendliest, but the rooms are always clean, we always have a good time, and will be here again and again for D-Backs baseball.

I am pleased that you have chosen the Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport for your central landing spot for all things in Phoenix including the DBacks games. Our location works out well for both downtown Phoenix event venues, but also on light rail the other direction we have Mill Ave and ASU. Thanks for sharing! Sincerely, Ted Trembath - General Manager

Stayed here 1 night for business last week. I typically stay Downtown, but had to book a little further out this time around. The valet was rude, bathroom could have been cleaner, breakfast service was slow and poor and buffet was limited in selection - certainly not worth $16. None of the USB chargers in my room worked and the...

I arrived from the airport at 1:15am and was so happy to have a dark and quiet room. The restaurant options were very good and the gym had really fantastic equipment. Ask for a room facing sundown or sunrise, depending on your light preference. My room was at the end of the hall and both spacious and comfortable. The many...

I had another passenger get sick during my plane ride into Phoenix. I arrived at the Crown Plaza feeling sick myself and as soon as I arrived they sprang into action. I am sorry to hear that you had such a rough entrance to Phoenix, but also very happy to hear how the staff at the Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport Hotel jumped up to help in many ways. Enjoyed two separate stats during my current trip and would recommend it for business travelers or in conjunction with a flight. A bit far from restaurants or nightlife, but either the light rail across the street or an Uber/Lyft resolves that quickly. Decent little restaurant bar as well.

We chose to stay at the Crowne Plaza bc it was closest to the Phoenix Airport and we had a very early flight. Our hotel rate was right in our budget so that was a big plus. We checked in and were very pleased with our room, 2 double beds, nice sized room and the bathroom was more than adequate....
