I arrived from the airport at 1:15am and was so happy to have a dark and quiet room. The restaurant options were very good and the gym had really fantastic equipment. Ask for a room facing sundown or sunrise, depending on your light preference. My room was at the end of the hall and both spacious and comfortable. The many...

I had another passenger get sick during my plane ride into Phoenix. I arrived at the Crown Plaza feeling sick myself and as soon as I arrived they sprang into action. The first thing they did was arrange for me to use the in-house laundry. They got me to my room, and were very sympathetic about the way I was...

I am sorry to hear that you had such a rough entrance to Phoenix, but also very happy to hear how the staff at the Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport Hotel jumped up to help in many ways. I am pleased that you were welcomed like family and pampered. Not every guest has those type of needs, but the staff enjoys...

Enjoyed two separate stats during my current trip and would recommend it for business travelers or in conjunction with a flight. A bit far from restaurants or nightlife, but either the light rail across the street or an Uber/Lyft resolves that quickly. Decent little restaurant bar as well.

We chose to stay at the Crowne Plaza bc it was closest to the Phoenix Airport and we had a very early flight. Our hotel rate was right in our budget so that was a big plus. We checked in and were very pleased with our room, 2 double beds, nice sized room and the bathroom was more than adequate....

Stayed here one night for a very early flight. The air conditioning system is HORRIBLE- either one freezes or else sweats- 2 controls in the room. Which one do you use- no directions. Stingy with the bath towels. Overpriced hotel

I spent 6 days at the Crown Plaza Phoenix Airport last week for a conference, Repeated billing errors, (some) apathetic staff, and WEAK Starbucks coffee earned this hotel 3 stars. It should be said there were some exceptional staff members. And it should also be said that there were some who had zero interest in customer service. I didn't expect...

This was our first trip to Phoenix and honestly, we had no agenda nor any idea what to do (cheap airfare was our only motivation to visit!) Since we were unfamiliar with the area, we were also unsure where to stay - on the map, all the little cities appear very spread out, but in reality, are all reasonably close,...

After learning of a cancelled flight and knowing I would be overnight in Phoenix I quickly booked a room at Crown Plaza Phoenix Airport and was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations and courteous staff. Ease of use was key and the frequently shuttle and onsite restaurant, along with Starbucks onsite, was perfect!

This Crowne Plaza is conveniently located next to the airport, but not much else. You can easily take the light rail into downtown, however. The room was pretty comfortable, but the beds had weird stiff-woven blankets on them and the bathtub had some kind of scratchy stuff that made showering uncomfortable. The staff was very attentive and welcoming and there...

Pros. Great location affording me access to the airport, a museum and spring training none of which I had planned on. Good shower and a wonderful bed with great pillows. Cons. Power went out in the night causing my C-PAC machine to stop running, the cleaning service then tried coming into my room before 8 am. and woke me up....
