A very noisy hotel room, after I had communicated with them and asked for a quiet room. Poorly maintained and poorly serviced---not what I expect from an Aloft hotel. Shuttle that doesn't seem to run as often as the other Phoenix airport hotel shuttles.

Shuttle service was prompt, the reception friendly, the room nicely designed with a giant shower; but the bartender stole the show with his eager and genuine desire to please. He went out of his way to arrange a dining recommendation, the Pita Jungle, and offer the shuttle service to get us there and back. His knowledge of craft brews and...

My first time at a Aloft Hotel. I was in Arizona for a week. This place was my last stay. I chose this place cause it was so close to PHX Sky Train - Phoenix Sky Harbor. And the sky train is free to get to airport. Also Ruby Tuesday is nearby. Nancy at front desk was very nice and...

I do not recommend this to anyone over 50. We like trendy places but this place was trendy when it was built 10 yrs ago. The place has not aged well. The lobby looks worn. The bar is OK, the furniture is old and spotty. The rooms are OK, but I did not like the bathroom layout, the shower is...

We originally chose Aloft as a pet friendly hotel but like the concept enough that we also stay when we are traveling without fur kids. This particular location is not quite as awesome as some other locations but still a solid choice. Stylish, comfortable, and friendly.

We called the hotel prior to checkin and requested for a room facing away from major roadway. Somehow the message translated into: " put us in a room featuring every vehicle accelerating at the speed of light." We stayed at Room 631 and while it was the highest floor but it's got to be to poorest Room of the entire...

I have been a fan of Starwood hotel properties for almost a decade. But this Aloft Phoenix-Airport has won be over big time. I have been staying here for 1-2 nights at a time over the last 3+ years. The team here knows my name and does everything possible to accommodate my needs. I'm not a huge fan of the...

Stayed here because it was the corporate hotel. Hotel is sort of aggressively modern: lobby is decorated with stylish but impossibly uncomfortable chairs, front desk is a round kiosk so you don't know where to line up, room is done in a minimalist's style, so there is no place comfortable to sit unless you want to sit on the bed....

We liked this hotel! We were greeted in a fine manner, all was right with our reservation which we had booked on-line. The room was totally adequate, very modern as is the entire hotel given it can't be more than a few years old. The room was spotless, the towels great and the beds comfortable. In spite of the proximity...
