I stayed at the Arizona Biltmore while visiting my father in Phoenix. We really enjoyed our time here. Service was excellent, as were the views, architecture and landscaping. The rooms were attractive with high quality finishes and amenities. I recommend the cottages. I always appreciate an historic hotel.

I stayed at the Arizona Biltmore for a work trip, and was not disappointed. The hotel was very nice and modern. There were touches of history all around which felt very nostalgic. You could see where presidents and celebrities had all been there! The pool area was large and very clean. I visited the spa and was treated wonderfully. Our...

Met up with some friends and sat by the fire pit. The atmosphere was outstanding... drinks were good but the wait staff was not the friendliest. I hope they smile in the near future😏Waldorf Astoria is known for its service with a smile.... not in this case. We had two staff members helping and both looked unhappy👎

My husband and I booked a cottage at the AZ Biltmore as we are usually in Phoenix to visit family in February. We usually stay at the Phoenician, but when I initially made reservations their casitas were booked. We had stayed at the Biltmore previously in one of the villas and had a good experience, although I found the resort...

We went here for my birthday. Was one of the better hotels I have ever stayed at. Our 8-year old daughter loved the huge pool and water slide. At night they play family friendly movies by the pool so it is pretty much a float up drive in. Rooms were very nice and comfortable and staff was awesome. Only complaint...

Vacation ruined. My wife and I have come here many times over the years to relax and have a short quiet vacation. We've brought family with us in the past and constantly evangelize the merits of the Biltmore - quiet, relaxing, even spiritually mesmerizing. This year, things went wrong; at first there was a day's delay in getting the room...

Had a wonderful stay at the Biltmore. It's a classic hotel that's has a unique charm that takes years to create. The grounds are incredible and they've done a good job at upgrading the rooms. The pool facilities and health club could use some upgrading but still very good. The hotel staff are extremely pleasant and the food quality is...

Room was awesome, amenities were great. It was hot of course in the summer but going to the pool was still a practical option in the morning. Parking wasn't too expensive as they have a self park or valet option. Just be prepared to pay $4 for a cup of coffee.

The Biltmore is as wonderful as ever. A quiet and beautiful spot, where history meets modern comforts. Rooms are updated, clean, and comfortable. Fluffy pillows and soft robes too. Word to the wise, if you are a light sleeper, the rooms in the building attached to the lobby have thin glass windows and thin walls which means more noise seeping...

Whenever I need to recharge, I fly to Arizona and head to the Arizona Biltmore. After checking in, I walk to the courtyard and as soon as the sun hits my face and I see Piestewa Peak, I know I am on vacation! The property is gorgeous, boasting 8 pools, tennis courts and golf. The property is immaculately manicured. I...
