I have stayed at this facility before, but this time the entire complex had no AC, the water pressure was low, so taking a shower was difficult. Thank goodness they had a floor fan I could use so I could sleep.

We are still struggling with why most hotel chains do not do more than what seems to be minimum requirements for handicapped people's accommodations. This hotel was no worse than most. But we are hoping that more chains will consult with handicapped people and their spouses or caregivers as to what will bring more pleasure for a stay. That being...

My family, of 5, checked in yesterday. We were only going to be there for a few hours so the breakfast/amenities didn't appeal to us. However, we had many issues. The room, a Hilton Honors room, had no AC, there was blood splattered on the walls in the bathroom, a stain just outside the bathroom in the carpet, the vents...

Going to our room it became evident that there was a motor cycle gang convention staying at the hotel, which translates to loud engines roaring through out the night/morning. Ate at the hotel restaurant for convenience and both son and wife had food poisoning

Great fresh warm delicious cookies! Overall, very friendly staff from restaurant, front desk, shuttle driver to bell person. Very clean room, easy and relatively fast internet speed. Some airplane background noises into the evening can be heard.

Hotel is very rundown. Floor tiles missing in elevator, holes in upholstery, holes in carpet, missing laminate in counter tops. Advertised as 4 star and 2 queen beds. 1 star and full size beds is what you get for $239 a night.

This hotel was very nice. It's convenient to the airport and had a very good complimentary breakfast. The pool was appealing but we didn't have time to try it. We asked for additional towels and they arrived within minutes. It was nice to have a suite after a week of sharing standard hotel rooms with our kids.
