I stayed here for business and the hotel pool was under construction. Had to leave the main lobby and go outside to enter into room. It looked like an old apartment complex. The room was fine and clean just seemed like the whole hotel is older with the exception of the lobby which was more modern. I did not have...

Sorry to hear we were not able to meet you expectations. Our pool was under renovation in December 2016 and while there is never a good time to renovate December is the month with the lowest use of the pool. The good news is that our pool is brand new and ready for our guests to enjoy.

I am a Hilton Diamond member who stays in several different Hilton properties a year, including Doubletrees. I can honestly say, this was the worst. The 1st room they put us in, 531, was right next to the boilers and power plant. This should not be a guest room, as the noise is deafening, even in the room. The front...

The hotel room was nice and clean. The interior open air courtyard and pool was very pretty. It was shady with lots of trees. The orange trees were in bloom, so the fragrant air was incredible. We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast buffet. The eggs tasted like they were made from powder as they were watery. I've had...

Hotel was excellent in every way. Suite was roomy, well laid out, and very clean. Hotel layout gave a restful feeling, complete with orange trees along side the pool. Breakfast was better than most free ones. Plenty of free parking too.

This hotel has an open walkway to all the rooms. There are three sections and each section has its own bank of two elevators each. I generally pick a room that is far from the front desk so that it is more quiet. and a bit isolated. I would caution against doing so at this hotel. The last bank of...

We have used this hotel as our park and fly spot several times when we have taken international trips. Always have served our needs well and have been courteous and have on time shuttles to and from Sky Harbor airport. Great staff and breakfast. Would stay there again.

Never been to an outside open courtyard Doubletree and it was great. The rooms are the same they are suites and very cozy. The pool here is huge and heated (I was told). Very close to airport and free airport shuttle.

Hotel has a nice pool area, good breakfast and is easy to get to from the downtown Phoenix and quick access to Scottsdale. Bar and resturant is comfortable for relaxing, however the menue could have a few more choices.

This is an unusual layout for a doubletree. Open corridors overlooking the pool. I imagine it's nice for summer evenings but it's not what you would expect Rooms were a little dated but large and more suite like (they remind me of embassy suites layout) with reasonable bed and linens but a paucity of power outlets. Web was free and...
