Stayed here during a big conference last week. My breakdown below: Pros: - Newer property with modern rooms and public areas - Live music on the weekends at the District Bar and Grill! - Comfortable, quiet rooms, many with great views looking north - Amazing fitness center and outdoor pool/bar area! - Good location for conferences. Convention center is 3...

We chose this hotel after we abruptly left the hotel we were staying in because of a scorpion in our room. This hotel is gorgeous. They have a great restaurant and bar. The food was really good in the restaurant and very reasonably priced. It is downtown and close to some really good restaurants. Very business like place. The pool...

We’re happy to know that you enjoyed your stay even though we were not initially your first choice here in Phoenix. We are glad you decided to stay with us! How nice to hear that you enjoyed our great restaurant and bar and the food offered in both. We have a great culinary team, who consistently change up the menu...

I stayed here for 4 days while attending a conference at the convention center two blocks away. The hotel had everything you would want: comfortable, quiet room; hi-def TV with all the channels; little refrigerator; free tea and coffee; free, fast, reliable internet for up to 3 devices; and a nice modern bathroom. We had a nice view to the...

At arrival around 10pm check in was fast but no information provided about access to phone (you pay everytime you dial locally) or internet. I think they were more hurrying so that they can continue to chat. In the room you have to pay 15$ per day however it is free in the lobby. For the price of the room...

We stayed here again bc we had such great service and experience previously. My husband had to be here (Phoenix) for work and we tagged along too (Mommy and twin 2 year olds). The room we stayed in seemed small, but they were clean and had decent accommodations. Our housekeeper was so friendly and kind to us. Some staff were unpleasant but for the most part, I was pleased with the customer service. I really liked the hotel and I would return there for another Phoenix trip.

We needed a 1-night stay in Phoenix before heading out by car to explore Tucson and southern Arizona. We found the hotel quite comfortable with large, clean, nicely appointed rooms. We asked to be upgraded to the Executive Floor and our wish was granted due to low occupancy. This allowed us access to the Executive Suite area where very nice...

I've been to this location a couple times. Previous times I debated about better deal at Hyatt, but the last. My only downer was I felt my car was frisked by Vale. Believe it or not, this humongous property is wholly-owned by the City Of Phoenix. This unusual city-government boondoggle sideline is a real whale, with 40-50% more rooms than it needs. It loses millions of taxpayer dollars every year. Luckily, it is run by Sheraton, and not the city, so everything is superb in regard to hotel operations. The room we...
