Our manager Ryan W showed my buddy and I around the hotel and we ended up at the bar and restaurant. Being locals we had never been to the hotel. We will definitely be coming back to eat, drink and do a staycation soon. Great atmosphere and Ryan W was very helpful and took care of us!!

We stayed here and it was situated perfect to get to convension center, and race start. Room was clean and comfortable. All we needed. Coffee machine, nice place to sit, bathroom clean, no complaints.

Dear Brent, We hope that you had a good race and we love to see that marathon grow from year to year. It's very nice to hear that you were cared for and comfortable at our hotel before and after your race efforts. We thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience here. I recently spent three nights at the Sheraton for a business conference in Phoenix. The room was decent sized with two double beds, a desk, two upholstered chairs and a nice-sized bathroom. The carpet is a little bit worn, but seemed clean. One word of warning: the doorlatch didn't actually latch. I'm going to report it to the hotel before...

Seems polite enough upon check-in and also room fairly clean however their "green policy is extreme". No room service for a 4 day/3night stay, very small bottle of complimentary toiletries, no towel changes. Phone defective in room. I went down to front desk and asked for a change of towels and asked kindly for another set of complimentary shampoo/conditioner/lotion, I...

Our apologies to you for your recent experience here; of course you should not have to ask twice for anything and especially something as basic as fresh towels. We will delve into this to see where the disconnect occurred and why. We receive a lot of positive feedback regarding our Make A Green Choice program, but certainly it is not...

Wonderful check in staff, an SPG Platinum Upgrade, a wonderful SPG lounge and a gym which is the equal of any I have ever experienced in a hotel combine to make this a great property. It exceeded my expectations.

We appreciate the time you took to provide some feedback around your recent stay with us and for letting us know how much you enjoyed your time here. We love when guests who actually live in the area stay with us and "discover" us, as a great place to stay when they are working or just enjoying some leisure time...

Stayed in this hotel twice in December, overall good stays, the room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was also clean. My concerns were around check-in / front desk service which seemed to not have enough people... Everytime i needed the front desk there was always one person there, different from other chains where you have at least two people....

Writing from the hotel room right now. Woke up this morning with the room freezing code. Called front desk at 7. The lady offered to send someone to the room to check. I refused because neither I nor my wife was properly dressed. Then she basically said she can’t help us. During this whole exchange, there was not a single...

Dear Larry, We wish it could have been as easy as pressing a button from outside of your guestroom to fix the heating challenge you were experiencing; however, when we spoke with our Director of Engineer, he advised that, just as if you had a leak or mechanical failure inside of your home, a repairman would have to enter, to...

The hotel is indeed grand, the staff attentive, the rooms comfy and clean, but there is also something cold and uncaring about the property. Perhaps it is just too big for me. I was surprised there was a holiday party event last night and I could hear the music on the 22nd floor, and the event was at least 17...

We are certainly sorry that you bid us farewell with mixed feelings. We always want our guests to feel valued, and that they received good value, for their money at our hotel. Every day here, our staff strives to provide not just good, but exceptional service to our guests. We are disappointed right along with the guest if we fall...

When we arrived to the Sheraton Grand, we we personally greeted by the manager and had a platter of local nuts and berries waiting for us in our room. Super friendly staff, excellent amenities and really clean and cozy suite. Great location- we walked to dinner every night and it's right across the street from a movie theatre and shopping....
