Matress is really good, room is clean and very comfortable but very close to the railroad and very very noisy. The train honks the horn every 15/30 minutes day and night. That is not a joke but you get free ear plugs at the reception when you check-in ! The price is high but there is no hotel around... breakfast...

The lodge was excellent overall. I did not mind the constant train sounds and the food was very good. Highly recommend the fry bread and green chilies! The staff was friendly, nice gift shop-good books on the havasupi culture. The lodge was clean and the beds were outstanding.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we are very happy with this place. Great service and rooms. This time the A/C unit was not noisy and had a good nights sleep. Again, great pit stop. We continued on to Havasu Falls. Would most def stay here again!

The rooms are very up to date and clean with all the amenities such as fridge coffee maker, etc. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There are trains running quite regularly but we asked for a room facing the street and the trains did not bother us at all. We did not need to use the ear plugs that...

I had a hard time adjusting to the constant train horns and even though I was given ear plugs from the front desk. Best to request the north side of the lodge - probably quieter than the south side. The bed was soft/comfortable, but the bathroom fan was somewhat noisy. The hotel staff was very welcoming and assisted with any...

Our room was large and nicely appointed. A real value for what we paid. The bed and pillow were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Seriously. I would take them home if I could. The only shortcoming is the train tracks run alongside the wing our room was in, and there were a lot of trains that came...

This place could be a great hotel if it was not for the train noises. The hotel rooms ave very clean and well decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It can be disruptive with trains going by all night if you are a light sleeper or if you choose to complain. Just practice mindfulness and yoga and you...

Was not expecting such a nice place. The front desk guy Dave was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was clean and the food was good with huge portions.
