You live in "motel style" on the ranch. Ok for us adults but very good for the Children. Lasso throwing at wooden cows, instructed by a real cowboy. This wat the highligth for our 5 year old! Descent dinner with live country Music. At night the personell made up a fire underneath the stars with light Music Entertainment, free mashmallows... More

It's good to hear your kids had such a great time. Hopefully your five-year-old can lasso a wooden cow now :) Thanks for visiting and the great review. More

We joined a tour as a private group of 45 out of LA to Yellowstone for 9 days, stopping here on our first night. We were told this ranch is in Hualapai (??) territory but was unaware of the 'dry' rules on alcohol consumption. Getting too excited to bring our own bottles of Zinfandel for private consumption but were seized... More

Stayed here for the night to break up a long drive. The staff were all wonderful, kind and welcoming, the food simple but delicious and the rooms & beds comfortable. The kids particularly enjoyed the stories around the camp fire and s'mores ( thanks Harry, what a legend!) and we enjoyed the absolute peace and tranquillity. Waking up to sunrise... More

Fake western town. Even worse than the buildings in hollywood Studios. The room was clean and bed was OK. Most of all, during the breakfast, the male staff in the restaurant took our tickets away! (It was written to scan it so we showed him the tickets and then he just took it away! He knows it would be the... More

Stayed here for a night and loved it. The cabin was small but very comfortable. It was lovely sitting on the small veranda watching the sun go down changing the colors of the canyon. Meals were basic but you were given options, plenty of food so you wouldn't leave hungry. I am pretty fussy with food but found it okay.... More

We stayed two nights at the Hualapai Ranch. One night would have been better. The food is not very good and we had to cover our plates while eating and steal a bite from under the napkins in order to eat a meal that the flies were not attacking. In addition, what ever they are cooking with, butter or oil,... More

We went here as part of the bus tour. This is part of the Indian reservation. The cabins are basic but sufficient. No phone, no TV, no wifi, no signal. Very quiet and you can sleep well. The restaurant does not have much have vegetarian option but they will try to accommodate vegetarians.

What I liked about this place was the proximity to the Grand Canyon and the Skywalk. The cabins were clean and nice. Breakfast was good and the little "western town" was fun for my kids. At night we sat wound the campfire and ate s'mores and listened to a cowboy sing country songs. Watching the sunset and rise was beautiful.... More

They have created an old western town in here. At the end of the same, is the Hualapai ranch. You can book your rooms and stay here for the night. The ranch happens to be the first stop during your trip to the Western rim. After that you are taken to the skywalk and the third point. Highly recommended tour.... More

The ranch is the first stop on a 3 location package. This included a lunch that was above and beyond. Plenty of hot tasty food served cafe style. several side options bull riding and lots of things for the kids here. A great place to visit

The Hualapai Ranch located at Grand Canyon West is a wonderful place to unwind after a day of visiting Grand Canyon West or beginning a visit with a beautiful sunrise at the west rim of the Grand Canyon in starting an adventure on the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. The Ranch provides a western flavor with many cowboy actives that can be enjoyed by all. There is a dining hall where you will be able to enjoy western type cuisine and watch our entertainers during your meal. An overnight stay at a cabin includes an evening activity of making S'mores with the cowboys and listening to their stories around an open fire. Continental breakfast is included in the cost of the cabin. Please note, Hualapai Legacy tickets must be purchased by all Hualapai Ranch guests or guests staying in our cabins.
