The room was quiet and nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and cordial. There was a patio out back and two chairs outside our back door for us. The only drawback we saw was not enough seating room for the complimentary breakfast.

The hotel bills itself as "luxury in the woods" with "beautiful accommodations." We beg to differ. The few towels were practically see-through; the phone hadn't been dusted in months; the air-conditioning cycled loudly on and off, frequently; unsightly ashtrays left on the balcony ledge. Pleasant and helpful front desk personnel, adequate hot and cold buffet breakfast. Computer and printer available...

We weren't sure what to expect and oh my goodness what a treat. This is a beautifully run establishment. Grounds are clean and tidy and room was so clean and comfortable. Spent a couple of hours enjoying the courtyard which is filled with lovely trees. It is pet friendly and the non-refundable pet fee is very reasonable. Discount for appetizers...

Stayed in their King Deluxe room with spa and fireplace, was very happy with it. Staff was very courteous and helpful, the room was immaculate and the region called the Mogollan Rim views were spectacular. There is an excellent restaurant next door for a convenient dinner and hot breakfast is provided. For a romantic getaway, I couldn't ask for anything...

I was skeptical as there are not many "nice" hotel options in Payson but this one was exactly what I was looking for. I went up north with my girlfriend and wanted a relaxing weekend in the snow. The room surprisingly comfortable. Staff was wonderful. They even have DVDs in the lobby that you can rent for free. We had...

The greeting upon arrival at the Majestic Mountain Inn made us feel welcome, and the pastries and cookies were a little like arriving at Grandma's. Fireplace rooms at the Majestic are well worth the extra cost. Rooms are large, and fireplaces create a cozy, relaxing and romantic atmosphere. Payson is a perfect stop for those touring Sedona and then continuing...

Our rooms were spacious and the staff was more than helpful. We love staying here and can't wait to return to our oasis. The breakfast was really well done and there was somebody in the breakfast room replenishing items as they ran out. I love the spa in the room and warm fireplace. Can't say enough wonderful things about this...

Nice little Inn at the edge of Payson. This tidy little Inn ha the feel of home with fresh baked cookies in the office lobby. The staff is extremely friendly as well as knowledgeable about local restaurants. Brittney was especially helpful! Plan to return! The only problem I had was a discrepancy between booking price and confimation email price. Overall...

I'll start off stating that this is long but is worth reading!!! I stayed at Majestic Mountain Inn last weekend and had the worst experience of my life. I left my wedding ring in the room and called as soon as I got home around 2:30pm. I told the receptionist that I left it in the room on the tray...
