We stayed at Hacienda Corona de Guevavi during a road trip vacation in Arizona, and it was such a cool experience. The rooms are beautiful and well kept, very unique in decor. The Hacienda is authentic and the stories of it's history were told to us by the inn's owner and daughter over wine and cheese. It's perched up on...

Anyone looking for the real Arizona - away from the strip malls and chain restaurants - should consider staying at the Hacienda Corona. It has both class and comfort and is excellent in every way: the food, the decor, the towels and bedding, the ambience, the desert views, the hospitality. The cocktail hour was the best. It renewed our faith...

Staying at the Hacienda was just an amazing experience!! It is an historic hacienda, built in the 1930s. The restoration is unbelieveable. If you go, be sure to look through the album of Before and After photos! This place has SO much authentic atmosphere. It is very classy and beautiful. We got to see all of the rooms and each...

My parents-in-law, husband, daughter and I stayed at Hacienda Corona for a few wonderful days in early February. My husband and I stayed in La Patrona, and the room was fabulous -- enormous, with two very cosy chairs, a huge bed, a fireplace (they lit a fire for us), and one side of the room entirely comprised of windows with...

I travel constantly and this is hands down one of the best, most inviting, comfortable, and unique places I have ever stayed. I recommend it highly without one qualification.

The rooms, the courtyard, and the interior of Hacienda Corona are just wonderful. You wouldn't really have to go anywhere if you didn't want to. Many comfortable spaces both inside and out to read, write or chat. Phil and Wendy were wonderful hosts; helpful in all respects. Good hiking locations and restaurants within a 45 minute drive.

In looking for a place to stay for a couple of days recently, we stumbled upon the Hacienda Corona B & B. What a find! The corridor from Tucson to Nogales is chock full of history & beauty that we fell in love with years ago. The Hacienda is located in a beautiful setting, far enough into the country for...

My husband and I do not consider Hacienda Corona de Guevavi a "typical" Bed & Breakfast. This place is far from typical! I grew up traveling to Southern Arizona with my father, so I knew of all the places I could of stayed. We arrived in the late evening and Phil showed us to our very large casita room called...

Beautifully restored, eclectically decorated first and largest ranch in southern AZ. Beautiful murals by Salvador Corona. Favorite of John Wayne and other movie stars. We stayed "the Duke's" room. Peaceful rural setting with gardens and courtyards. Excellent breakfast and very helpful, friendly staff.

“the Patron room is killer”

“We stayed in the La Patrona room, which seemed more like a palace by itself. The room is huge with a sitting area and a large field stone fireplace. We especially enjoyed our own double door entrance to the outdoors and the wall of glass facing the Santa Cruz river valley. The master bath is larger than a standard chain's bedroom!”
