We stayed at the Pasefika Inn for five nights as a place to get to know Apia before travelling further around Samoa. It was ideal for this purpose. The building is light, airy, particularly the breakfast area which is semi-open and you can lean out and pick a papaya fruit - almost. The set up encouraged people to talk to...

Booked on line in February for 4 x nights and when we checked in they didn't have our details. Tali, the frontdesk lady was very helpful and managed to books in for 3 x nights. While the staff were very helpful and friendly, the service could have been better. Breakfast was slow and everyday had to wait for toast &...

Stayed here for 6 nights and although facilities were basic it was a home away from home especially having to be in Samoa for a funeral. Excellent service from the staff most notably from Tali, although housekeeping could do with a bit of training. Price is right for what you get but I would suggest bit more variety in foods...

We stayed for 1 night only after flying in and before heading over to Savaii. Room did have air conditioning and was spacious but facilities were fairly basic. It was expensive for what you get.Breakfast was included but yet again was fairly basic. Convenient location and short walk into central CBD.

We stayed at Pasefika Inn for 2 weeks. The price was just right for our budget. Convenient location with a store next door for your basic needs. ATM and cafe on the other side of the hotel, and a laundromat and Taxi stand across the street; can't ask for more. Our "family" room was spacious with lots of shelf/counter space....

We stayed here one night, after flying into Upolu for the week. We were just passing through and thought this would be a nice place to stay. It was quite expensive ($211 tala for one night), but it was very budget. Had air con which was good though. The breakfast was appreciated but very average. Rooms run down. Had a...

I stayed here with family for 3 days and found everything was excellent. The service from reception and staff was excellent. Special mention to Tali and her team who always made us feel welcome. If you want somewhere affordable and close to all the amenities in town and shops ,then you must stay at the Pasefica Inn

For $249 tala we were on the second floor - no balcony, no fridge, small room, triple beds (even though we had booked for my husband and daughter) bed was hard, pillows were so old that the insides were balled up and rough to sleep on, no towels for the first couple of days - not until we asked for...
