Rooms are a good size, I stayed in the older part so it is a bit dated, but its clean and the staff are friends . Place is a bit disorganised, they didn't have drivers licence forms over easter, internet was expensive and hit and miss, I had reports to compile and email so this made it very difficult.

We stayed for 3 x nights in April. Staff very helpful. Room cleaned daily. Could be cleaner. Nice big room with air con cheap but good. Pool was a highlight our 2.5 loved it and was cleaned daily. Breakfast ok. Not the best we had in Samoa. Would stay again. 10min walk to Apia town. And down the road from...

Just been back to the Millenia. As is usual got a very friendly welcome at reception from Delilah, Tuma and the crew. Jane, Louisa and the bar crew gave great service, always with a smile and a kind word. And the room (28) was perfect, well serviced and clean. Tuala Oli has done the pool up since I was last...

Had no problems, friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable accommodation, everything worked fine. Would recommend this hotel. Improvements? Perhaps the wifi - worked ok, speed ok, but the timer didn't work on my iPhone 7 - so had to guess how much time I had left. But that was a minor issue.

Scrambling to find somewhere to stay on our layover to Pago Pago. We ended up in the old wing of the Hotel above the Restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy, but a bit dated. Best part was taking a nice hot shower after a long, hot and sweaty day driving around the island. To...

2nd stay and good as the first, only down side was i ordered a standard room, which proved to be very noisy, the walls are thin and everything from the next room could be heard, I recommend a Deluxe room. The staff are all friendly and nice, the owners are great as well, rental car business on site, good cars...

We stayed here in 2014, then again in October 2016 with our hockey team. When checking in staff seemed confused and at first said they didn't have us booked in. The group had been booked for months by a travel agent. One family , with a 4 month old baby, were asked the next day to change rooms to make...

We stayed here for two nights before heading down to a south coast resort. The collection from the airport was efficient, and the driver was really conversational and friendly. Check in was quick and they helped us to our room with our bags. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We stayed in the new wing,...
