I was impressed with the cleanliness of the fales and showers and toilets. We were quoted 70 tala per night including breakfast and dinner. Although we didn't stay here as we were booked in to an adjacent resort that was terribly run down, i will return and give these lovely and friendly people my business.

What stands out about Tailua Beach Fales is the warm hospitality. Lua did everything to make me as comfortable as possible: I was met with a coconut each afternoon, the food was absolutely delicious and ridiculously generous, everything was spotlessly clean, and her motto was 'no problems'. It made for a gorgeous stay. In the first 30 seconds of swimming...

We stayed a glorious couple of nights at Tailua’s before heading over to another part of the island to stay somewhere else. But we had such a good time (and a friendly stay) at Tailua’s, that we ended up scrapping our other accommodation and coming back here. The main benefits for us were: This place is run by Lua, she’s...

I have heard good things about Tailua for many years but never got around to visiting.....the trouble with Manase is there are so many good Fales... Finally stayed at Tailua this July and really enjoyed it. The things that I really noticed were 1. Staff; Lua is great, very helpful and friendly, can't do enough for you and is a...

We were going to stay one night in this beach fale in Savaii however after arriving here and experiencing the beautiful samoan hospitality, we ended up staying three nights. Lua takes great care of you and spends much time cooking delicious meals (chicken and pumpkin, fish, omelettes, pancakes) just for you after a long day of snorkelling. She has a...

We had a wonderful time staying at Tailua and enjoying the warm Samoan hospitality. In fact my two daughters loved it so much that we pretty much stayed there the whole time without doing many excursions; swimming, snorkelling, reading, meeting other travellers, eating the home cooked meals and going for drinks at the bar next door and walking back along...

My friend and I traveled around the island of Savai'i believing that each place we visited was 'the most beautiful place we'd ever seen', that was until we arrived at Tailua beach fales Manase. Tailua fales was recommended to us as a small family run establishment in contrast to the larger fale and low level resorts in the same area....

I arrived there by chance and definitely the place is from far the best i ve tried in savaii. Located straight on the beach, i always felt very secure and the family has been very careful for everything. Really affordable

This was our third visit to Tailua's, and this time there were 5 of us. This is definitely the place to stay in Manase, with the food, service, location and of course value, second to none! Titi and her team could not do enough for us, and we really are starting to feel like one of the family. Again no...

After a mix up with our booking at Tanu, our family of 33 went looking for accommodation for the night and were blessed to find 4 beach front fales available to house the majority of our group! Wonderful hostess Titi was incredibly helpful and the cook did fantastic job catering to our group for breakfast and dinner at such short...
