Pros: -Great customer service (everybody at the front desk is friendly) -Close to restaurants and stores. Cons: Miniature windows in the room. No elevator. The hotel has stores on the bottom floor so the lobby is on the second floor. One towel for a family room. No hair conditioner Bad wifi signal Tv looses signal Miniature trash can No good...

I stayed at Plaza Victoria last week for 5 days because of my job. My first impression was good when I looked everything was new and shiny. Then the person at the front desk didn't have the best of the attitudes. Totally loved my room, with a big queen size bed and nice sheets, but the bathroom isn't so nice...

This hotel it is the case: we don't need to change anything while customers continue to appear. In fact this 3star hotel (4 star hotel on main street door) doesn't fit on such qualifications. In Europe this hotel would have as maximum one star: - There's no hot water on lavatory; - Breakfast space (available tables and sitting places) it...

I spent ten days there in late September and the first few days of October, so the weather was cool and cloudy nearly every day. Breakfast is served on the top open air deck, with a great view of the mountains. First day I experienced a No Hot Water trauma, which they immediately took care of by upgrading my room...

Not really sure how old this hotel is but everything looked really new and clean. The rooms are nicely decorated with enough space. Bathroom was great with a lot of hot water (and pressure). Something you don't find everywhere in Ecuador. The staff was really friendly and helpful by assisting me with planning my tours in Ibarra. Breakfast was good....

Hotel Plaza Victoria has a great location half way between the train/bus stations and the downtown parks. Our rooms have very comfy beds, are very clean and well decorated. The bathrooms are good sized and there is always hot water. The Wi-Fi is very good everywhere in the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Andreas, the day concierge, speaks...

I stayed here for roughly four weeks while I was in Ibarra and thus got to be very well acquainted with Hotel Plaza Victoria. Overall, if I were in Ibarra again, I would definitely stay here. The rates are very reasonable and the service was impeccable. While I was there, it seemed like the hotel was in the middle of...

“Some of the rooms are larger than others, and the rooms on the 4th floor are great!”
DJDCHGO, 15 Oct 2013 | Read review
“Ecuador is a noisy country. The rooms in the back are quieter with small windows. The rooms on the street have nice big windows. Rooms 115 & 117 have great mountain views. Our Jr Suite had plumbing problems while we were there but when we complained, they moved us immediately to other rooms with no hassle.”
  • A beautiful hotel room, very comfortable

“Quieter rooms do not face the street but are dimly lit. Rooms that face the street will have plenty of natural light but can be noisy at night depending on traffic patterns.”
