There is all we need: towels, free access of wifi and computers, a large choice of DVDs, nice breakfast, a laundry service, hot shower, clean rooms and very good roof terrace with the view on the waterfall. The staff is very nice. Just missing originality!

Central located. Room service. Very clean and calm. Available book exchange and movie-library. Close to thermal baths and good restaurants (eg casa hood!) Try the breakfast on the top floor! WiFi-speed was ok. Staff is symphatic and can provide good recommendations.

There are tour agencies spread all over the city of Banos. We were able to walk right next door to a tour agency and book a biking trip from the Casa del Arbol all the way through La Ruta de Las Cascadas which brought us to Pailon del Diablo. Tours are very easy to find and book
