When we arrived, the hotel looked closed as the pool was covered up and not available for use. They were also doing major repairs to the roof and other renovations. The room was clean and spacious (double plus single beds) with a nice view of the mountains. We are a couple with a small child and when we were at...

My wife and I spent a month traveling down the spine of the Ecuadorian Andes and the Napolitano was my favorite hotel. I also really enjoyed Baños. I particularly loved that I could walk to the mountains and immedately begin climbing on safe, challenging, and interesting trails. This is a family run restaurant and they do a fabulous job. We...

I cannot say enough about the Repetto family that runs this hotel. They are warm, wonderful hosts and go all-out to make their guests comfortable. We took a great tour of the area with the owner Ivan, on which we got to see a lot more than if we had rented bikes, and that night, he walked us to the...

This place was beyond our expectations. We had our own "appartment" in the hotel with a bedroom and room with a table and a kitchen. It was very quiet besides some dogs barking once in a while. The service was excellent, the daugther Carla was VERY helpfull with arranging tours from the hotel (Cayoning, River Rafting, Canopy, waterfall sightseeing) The...

Really enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean and had a wonderful view of a waterfall from the window! Its owned by a family with the daughter Carla at the front desk. This gave it a very homely feel. The wifi was good and breakfast yummy. We organised a tour of the waterfalls route with Carla and her brother...

My husband and I spent a month in the apartment here. It was like home, no it was better. It was home with someone else to clean and family just downstairs to help with whatever we needed. The bedroom was wonderful, with a really comfortable bed and such a great view. We kept the windows open and listened to their...

Immediately on entering the grounds of the hotel I felt comfortable and welcome as I was greeted by the owner and his wife. The pool was clean and the grass and plants were well cared for. My room was bright, clean and overlooked both the pool and the mountains surrounding us. I was also far enough from the street that...
