We flew in the day before our cruise and stayed here. The rooms are very small and the bath rooms are minimal. The location is just up the hill from town, easy to walk down to the restaurants. The public lounge and restaurant have a beautiful view of the water. Our lunch and breakfast were very good, the service was...

This hotel is up a hill from town. There are hotels even further up the hill, so it is not the most remote. It is about a 20 minute walk to town. Going into town is much easier than getting back as the end of the walk is a steep hill. The hotel does not offer shuttle service to town...

Nice greeting by front desk staff. The hotel is well maintained. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The restaurant is also very good. The wifi is good. Views are great if you have a room facing the water so ask for one.

I stayed at this hotel prior to a trip to Antarctica. I found the concierge to be helpful throughout my stay. I arrived very tired following 40 hours of travel time and indicated I was really tired and needed to sleep (it was early afternoon). The concierge looked at the original room booking and changed it to enable me to...

This was our first trip to Ushuaia as we stayed overnight on our way to the amazing Antartica. From the minute we arrived in this terrible little hotel we knew it was not going to be a great stay. The "concierge" was rude as hell - never known anyone to talk so rudely to guests. We then were allocated a...

We stayed about 3 nights in this hotel which is about 20 minutes away from the tourist information / bus stop for the excursions. The hotel has free parking, general computer access (no business area) and offers free WiFi with good speed. The breakfast is continental style + a lot of sweet backed food. It was ok to beat the...

The pluses are a large and comfortable room and a great on site bar and restaurant that has lovely views and is reasonably priced. Do not underestimate this plus when, despite it being summer, it is raining, blowing a gale and threatening to snow. The minuses are that it is a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of town (...

Very expensive hotel, but the tour company put us up here before our cruise to Antarctica. Our room was spacious but way too hot; we had to open the windows to cool it down. The bathroom floor was too hot but we had no way to turn down the heat. The twin beds are not conducive to snuggling, and we...

Stayed one night pre cruise. The twin room was Very small, stuffy and decor a bit plain and tired. Leaving the window open all night was a life saver. Bathroom was tiny. Associated restaurant produced good pizzas; breakfast was unremarkable but perfectly adequate. Staff were pleasant. Elevated situation at the west end of San Martin is pleasing but requires a...

We were assigned to this hotel by the tour company but when we got to our room we refused to stay there. It was tiny with a ridiculously tiny bsthroom, looked scuzzy, was intolerably hot and stuffy. When we went to open the window we found that we were not just at street level but actually right next to the...
