We stayed at the Refugio for the last few nights of our trip to Patagonia. The location is very good, and it is reasonably priced for Ushuaia, which is expensive!! The room was fine, but it was noisy. The bathrooms were pretty gross, and there was only one functioning toilet - which you had to reach into the cistern to...

We just stayed one night here and then changed hostel after our trek. Receptionist was relatively friendly, but before checking in we asked if we could leave our luggage whilst we were trekking and she conveniently forgot to mention that it was an extra 20 pesos per day! Rooms felt dirty and common areas were overcrowded. Look around before staying...

Changed to this hostel from one round the corner that had hundreds of rules. Good basic hostel, beds ok, clean bathrooms and hot water. It wasn't full when I stayed so there was plenty of room around the kitchen and computer area. Wifi works well downstairs. Could do with a few more electricity sockets. Staff are super friendly, polite and...

I didn't stay for the night since the place is very outbooked. Nevertheless the staff was REALLY friendly and super helpful. They allowed me to store some of my gear and take a shower. Amazing place, this is what a hostel should look like!! :)

The most smilling and helpful people we met in a hostel. They are nice and the hostel is warm and clean with no limitations. We had to leave our former hostel because the owner was direspectful with customers (not us but the others). we LOVED this one and it is cheap! (compare to others ones in Ushuaia)

Where to start? This is backpacking the way it used to be back not in a good way. There are way too many guests for the size of the place. They have two sitting areas which are always full of people and you can hardly get a seat. They have a noise curfew after midnight, but it's pointless because the...

I liked the hostel very much. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had a nice stay here. The shared bathroom was clean and nice. The breakfast was okay and the location was excellent. I would recommend this hostel, it's also a great place to meet new people!

The good: The location is excellent - close to the port, restaurants, bars and shops. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bad: The breakfast room is way too small both for getting food and for sitting down to eat it. Breakfast items run out quickly and aren't replenished frequently, so when new food does arrive, it's like a feeding...
