Our standard room was spacious, very clean and the staff extremely friendly. The breakfast atmosphere however was more hectic than at McDonald's at rush hour: Too many people cramped on too few square meters and supplys constantly running out.

Nice hotel just 2 blocks up from port ond navy. Breakfast included. Good wifi for the end of the world location. Must have car to visit nearby sights. Great location below the mountains. Recommended MeuterMedia

Unfriendly staff, loud and the food is grotty. In the restaurant they have either food or plates but never together so queuing is the rule and if you have good luck the other guests do not have patience to wait for plates and eat out of the bowls. I never met such unfriendly barkeeper who rather talk to their friends...

This hotel was very nice and well kept. The lobby was large and roomy and even had a TV with comfy couches. The rooms were also large and clean. Wi-Fi was very choppy, but we found that it was that way all over Ushuaia so we don't blame the hotel. The gym in the hotel (yes I do workout while...

Clean rooms, comfortable bed and good location in town. However room was very warm and front desk had no way to correct the heating problem. They said it had to do with the hot water pipes. Difficult to sleep. Breakfast was ok.

I stayed here for two nights in Jan 2015 and didn't find any problems with the place. Good location close to the main drag and handy for attractions including the Maritime/Prison Museum. Clean, spacious rooms, comfy beds and decent continental breakfasts. The only major issue during my stay was lack of air-con in decidedly warm rooms although I realise this...

Excellent hotel considering it is at the end of the world. Nice sized, clean rooms. Hotel is well located in the city of Ushuaia. It is one block off the main street that has most of the shopping, restaurants. Only three blocks from the ocean and waterfront. Short walk from the harbor and various boat tours. Good breakfast. Enjoyed the...

Good Location , nice hotel, comfortable bed. Don't remember anything special about the breakfast, but I don't remember anything bad. We were able to walk to everything in town very conveniently. Wifi worked fine. Room darkening blind worked well since it doesn't get dark till really late.

Hotel has perfect location for visit to Ushuaia. We stayed 3 nights while touring Argentina. Large clean room and bathroom. Frequented by business travelers and large groups in transit to Antarctica. Breakfast was very basic, but adequate for 3 mornings. front staff was very helpful.

We stayed here after a problem with the hotel we had initially booked. It is a mainstream hotel but well located with large, clean rooms and wonderfully helpful staff with excellent English. Would recommend.
