I was part of a group staying here. The manager greeted us on arrival and was very warm and engaging. The room and bathroom were a decent size. They provided a generous supply of towels and provided clean towels daily. The hotel is in a good location to either the main tourist strip or Lake Argentina. The breakfast was great...

We traveled to El C for 2 days, then Bariloche for 3. A tale of 2 vastly different towns. El C being new/modern, while Bariloche in badly in need of a face-lift. See my review of the Aspen Ski Hotel there! The current El C airport was built in 2001 to bring in big jets. Since then the new looking...

The most helpful and kind people work at this hotel, especially Raphael. The staff will go out of their way to make you comfortable and happy. The hotel is quiet, clean and convenient. I highly recommend staying at the Patagonia Queen.

Almost a week in this lovely hotel. Smallish, quiet, comfortable room overlooking a garden; comfortable bedding, excellent bath room. Excellent breakfast Convenient, quiet location Most importantly, a staff which simply could not have been more graciously accommodating of an injured guest Remarkable hospitality

This hotel was great. It was centrally located, quiet, had nice/modern rooms, and a super friendly staff. Wifi was also decent as well (not great - but you have to expect that in El Calafate, in general). Highly recommended!

We stayed here for two nights on our tour Fritzroy/Torres del Paine region of the Andes – specifically to visit the Perito Moreno Glacier. Hotel Patagonia Queen was a most enjoyable experience: from the first moment we arrived at reception the enthusiasm and sheer friendliness of the person on reception was lovely. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and...

My wife and I stayed here before and after our trek through Patagonia. The service is excellent. Rafael, the owner, couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was outstanding, the room was clean, beautiful, well appointed. The location is perfect. One of the best properties I've ever stayed at!

We stayed at the Patagonia Queen for 3 nights in December 2016. The hotel is conveniently located off the main road Libertador. It was a lovely base for exploring Patagonia. The staff was pleasant and the room was decent-sized. There is a common room on the 2nd floor and a game-room on the third, however we never used them. All...

My partner and I arrived at Patagonia Queen late in the afternoon and ready to go on a bus tour of Perito Moreno glacier. Unfortunately we were advised that we'd missed all the buses (leave early in the day) but thankfully our host (I'm not sure of his name but he's an ultra runner!) was able to make alternative arrangements...

I was on a Active Adventure tour that booked this placed and stayed here twice. The management is ever so kind and the location is fantastic. Hotels in this region are not that fancy in general as El Calafate is a place where people stay to go hiking and be in the mountains. Everything was good with the rooms and...
