Spacious room, very comfortable.
Very rich buffet breakfast, gives you good energy to go out on all-day tours. When you return from the tours, you can use the jacuzzi (you must reserve it in advance) and it helps relax the body.
Overall, very good experience.

The least good thing about the hotel was the super small size of the rooms. Yes, they are very clean, and, yes, the beds are very comfortable, but the size is tiny. Also, the doors and walls are thin and you can hear people in the hallways.
Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Francis and Nicholas at the reception, who were always very attentive and willing to help at all times.
Marga in the Spa, who provided first class service in a relaxing and Pro environment.
Alone at the bar, whose friendliness and willingness to always attend with a smile really made a difference.
The service from them was excellent and contributed significantly to making my stay memorable.
In addition, the hotel facilities are top notch. The spa and gym are perfect complements that I made the most of. The waiting room is very comfortable and the rooms are definitely a 10/10, something rarely found in other hotels.
Although the frigobar had a limited selection and the Wi-Fi on floor 2 was unstable, these are minor details compared to the quality of service I received.
In short, my stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high level experience with a staff that really loves their work.
A modern hotel, with an unmissable SPA, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the attention of the staff (ALL) was extremely cordial, friendly and very professional.
The restaurant has a good menu of very appetizing dishes and a good wine list.
Well, so far everything is very good, but I must tell you that they also have some infrastructure problems, in the first room they assigned us, we found a leak in the bathroom just above the mirror (it leaked from the upper floor) and due to That's why we were moved to another room. One day we were waiting for our excursion transfer and another passenger (of Brazilian origin) told me that water was falling on my coat, which was on an armchair in the lobby (the leaks haunt me).
Except for these two very fortuitous cases, I can assure without a doubt that "Calafate Parque Hotel" is a VERY good option when choosing where to stay in beautiful El Calafate.

Good breakfast with choice of eggs, bacon, fruit, cereals, etc.
Restaurant menu was a bit limited, but there are lots of restaurants within 10 minute walk on the main road.
Easy parking on street by the hotel.
Some staff only speak Spanish, but we either found someone who spoke English or used Google translate, so did not have any problems.
