Very good hotel! The breakfast was super complete and the attention of all the waiters and receptionists was very good. They have bike and Jacuzzi service included, so don't forget the swimsuit. The music in the environments is super relaxing and it is nice to sit and enjoy with a book and a glass of wine. I had the opportunity to taste the restaurant food at both lunch and dinner and it was top quality, reasonably priced. The location is perfect if you come without a car, as it is just around the center where you find all the clothing places, gifts and restaurants. It is quiet, well-maintained, very clean and has a small but inviting lobby where one can order drinks and beverages from the bar. The best part of the hotel is its fantastic restaurant; it serves a delicious and elegant breakfast and then serves a delicious and reasonably priced menu all day long, lunch through dinner. We did a quick survey of all the surrounding restaurants and decided that the restaurant at the hotel was the best in terms of food, quality, value and cleanliness. Great location on a quiet street off the main boulevard. Beds were comfortable and we were able to get adjoining rooms which worked great for a family of 4 (2 twin beds in one room and a queen size in the other room) . Shower was great though bathroom was tiny with no counter space. We slept well with the amazing mountain air though we were woken up by the roosters on the very early morning. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

My experience at this hotel was exceptional, and much of it is due to the amazing team working here. I want to highlight especially four people who made my stay even more pleasant:
Francis and Nicholas at the reception, who were always very attentive and willing to help at all times. Marga in the Spa, who provided first class service in a relaxing and Pro environment. Alone at the bar, whose friendliness and willingness to always attend with a smile really made a difference. The service from them was excellent and contributed significantly to making my stay memorable.
In addition, the hotel facilities are top notch. The spa and gym are perfect complements that I made the most of. The waiting room is very comfortable and the rooms are definitely a 10/10, something rarely found in other hotels.
Although the frigobar had a limited selection and the Wi-Fi on floor 2 was unstable, these are minor details compared to the quality of service I received.
In short, my stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high level experience with a staff that really loves their work.

It is a very nice and very well located hotel, one block from the main avenue, a few meters from the BNA branch, and also close to the coastal avenue that leads to the El Calafate "cartel" that is on the shore of Bahía Redonda del Argentine Lake. This is a very nice hotel located in the center of El Calafate (excellent location). The rooms are comfortable, the staff at the reception is very professional and nice, the restaurant is delicious (the food is the best part of it, wonderful restaurant). All hotels (and activities in general) are quite overpriced in El Calafate, so I would say the hotel is slightly expensive for what it offers, yet it is in line with all the prices in the area. The only negative point I would mention is the noise, the hotel in general is very calm yet the walls are very thin and you can easily hear what is going on in the room next door. The hotel has a spa and a sports area (it is a very small gym with just 3 or 4 machines). If you need transportation the hotel will put you in contact with the local taxi company.

Room is fine. Plenty of hot water which was immediately available (unlike many hotels). Room was rather hot when we arrived, but they adjusted it when we asked reception. If you like to sleep with open windows then take an even numbered room (202, 204…) which should be quieter. Good breakfast with choice of eggs, bacon, fruit, cereals, etc. Restaurant menu was a bit limited, but there are lots of restaurants within 10 minute walk on the main road. Easy parking on street by the hotel. Some staff only speak Spanish, but we either found someone who spoke English or used Google translate, so did not have any problems.
