We stayed 3 nights at this property. The room was, for the most part, serviceable and clean. The staff was friendly and willing to assist. But there were some structural issues. The safe in our room had been dismantled; the lock box was there, but the lock mechanism had been removed, so there was no place for safe keeping of...

Once we had a map of the town we were very happy to see how close this hotel was to the downtown, the lake and a number of restaurants. We had not learned Spanish yet so the staff was as accommodating as possible when their bi-lingual folks were off duty. Translation apps are a wonderful thing! The breakfast was basic...

Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel. It's located in town, close to the restaurants and shops. We walked from the bus station, with luggage, and it wasn't too far. Check-in was very quick. The room smelled very musty but we had a window so we opened that immediately to air it out. It never really went away...

Good location, good service, if you are making a long way through south america is good option. Small rooms but enough , good breakfast for Argentina. We find a good deal in despegar.com, for us was good and no complains, Calafate is quite expensive so this place is value for the money.

A small place cozy and clean. The service was good and the staff courteous. A perfect place for a place like El Calafate. If you need a decent place to stay this is exactly what you are looking for. The location is fantastic right in the middle of the action. Look no further for a wonderful experience.

Quaint little cottage managed by family. Warm environment for breakfast. Very helpful staff. Cordial behaviour. Free wifi but intermittent disconnections. Right at the centre of the town and conveniently located.

I have just spent 3 nights at this hotel. It would have gotten a 3 star rating if I hadn't been ravaged by bed bugs on my last night. On arriving the room smelt very musty and unused. I have since discovered that this is a sign of bed bugs. The toilet didn't flush on occasion and the room was...

This is just another hotel amongst the many that are in El Calafate. Our room was very small, especially the bathroom where the sink was very short and the shower was cramped. I was excited to see that there was a fridge and a safe but neither actually worked... Overall, this hotel was decent enough for the basics. The best...

We really liked our stay there. The rooms are nice and clean. El calafate is a great city and to stay in this hotel was a good decision. The stuff is do friendly - because we had to leave at 5.30h they especially prepared a nice breakfast for us, even though breakfast would have started at 6h. We would definately...

The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was simple but helpful when trying to catch a shuttle for an excursion. The front desk was helpful when trying to secure a box lunch to take to the glacier the next day. They partner with a local restaurant that delivers the meals at breakfast for you to take with you on...
