This is clearly a very nice hotel with large rooms, kind and efficient staff, and a small spa. The spa is very simple, a pool with water of questionable cleanliness, a yacuzzi with no water at all, a sauna which is not very hot, and a gym with only a stepper and a statiinary bicycle. The WiFi worked in our...

The room was large and reasonably clean. There was lots of hot water. The room was very hot at night which woke us up. Because we were on the ground floor it felt a little insecure to open the window. The buffet breakfast had a choice of pastries and bread, cheese, ham, jams and butter as well as coffee or...

To be honest the hotel was fine for a one night stop over before a flight back to Buenos Aires - it is about 15 minute walk from the main town. Room was comfortable and service very good. As it was the end of the season they even allowed up to keep the room till 3.30pm well after the usual...

This hotel is broken. Bubble bath in 'spa'. Broken. Sauna out of order. Pool (mini) filthy. Shower in spa, fragmented. Wifi in hotel 60% of the time offline. Breakfast only sweet and no fresh juices or fruit. Service and beds are ok. You can hear your neighbors. Not worth the money.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my family, we booked two rooms for the four of us (however one would have been enough since the rooms that were given to us had two double beds, but we didn't know that until we got there). The hotel is right at the entrace of the city, it is about...

Stayed 2 nights. Arrived early but no effort made to make the room available earlier, so left bags and walked around the town. Hotel is a good walk out of town up the hill. Paid £50/night for 2 nights including tax. Probably overpriced. Breakfast OK apart from the coffee.

We stayed only one night. Its a nice 2.5/ 3 stars Hotel, comfortable beds and quite cheap. The location was a bit tricky, it took us a while to find the place. This is a typical HJ, like the ones in the US, a motel type, but comfortable enough to spend one or two nights.

El Calafate was not in our itinerary for the trip in Argentina, but the father of the owner of the hotel gave us that wonderful opportunity to be there and go to Perito Moreno Glacier. We cannot be more grateful to them. They arrange our last two night in El Calafate, as part of the booking we had in El...

We booked this Howard Johnson thinking that it was the best in town looking at the pictures and what the hotel claimed. Not the case, the spa wasn't working for 3 days, the internet did not work in our room on the second floor and the TV had only 2 kind of working channels. The room was very basic. There...

It's a nice hotel, but when we got there I think they a had a certain of unfortunate events...we arrived during a festival of the town, and the cleaning didn't get early, they all decided to stay late sleeping I think, so the people from the hotel had to apologize with us several times because our room was not ready...
