Claudia and Federico are lovely welcoming hosts in a homely bed and breakfast. Email communication and advice prior to our trip was very comforting as it is not easy to arrange things in El Calafate from Australia. Staying at Karut Josh was like staying in someone's home. It is in a quiet location at the end of the main street...

We stayed at this family run cottage hotel for two nights while we visited the Perito Moreno Glacier and National park. It was wonderful. Claudia and Federico are outstanding hosts and treated us like family, supplying our every need. Delicious omelettes made to order by Federico every morning and a clean comfortable room. I can highly recommend this place in...

We stayed at Posada Karut Josh only one night - it was late arrival by a bus from Torres Del Paine and the next day we had late afternoon bus to El Chalten. It was our first entrance to Argentina and we wanted to see Perito Moreno glacier in the morning. The hosts were wonderful - we exchanged several emails...

We weren't feeling well when we arrived at Posada Karut Josh, and hosts Carolina and Federico could not have been nicer or more helpful. Our upstairs room was quiet and comfortable. It was nice to be away from the busy street nearby, but this posada was only about 10 minutes by foot from banks (Banco Santa Cruz only allowed us...

Comfortable, quiet, secure with helpful hosts. Great location, very close to La Pura Vida -- got to be one of the most fun restaurants in Argentina. Very nice of hosts to let us stay in the room till 1p.m. There are no frills but you can't complain at this price.

If you expect something fancy, or boutique whatsoever you won't find it here. If you expect a very welcome house, with very friendly hosts...and really really amazing food...you are in the right place. Big rooms, very basic amenities but the family which run it is amazing...specially in the kitchen.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights for our trip to El Calafate and the Perito Moreno Glacier. Claudia and Frederico were wonderful hosts and looked after us very well. The room was cosy and clean but reasonably basic. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. No problem with the bathroom either everything worked fine. Being of...

We stayed at Posada Karut Josh for several days during our journey to Patagonia. We felt very much "at home" staying with Claudia und Federico. The rooms are very cosy, quiet and clean and the breakfast is abundant with homemade bread and cakes. At Claudia and Federico's you can also have dinner, we opted for that twice and really enjoyed...

We stayed 3 nights in November. The owners were very friendly and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms are not fancy and similar to a motel in the United States. The style is similar to a bed and breakfast where the owner turned part of their house into a motel. The breakfast could be better...

Thanks Claudia and Federico your very warm welcome and the amazing homemade breads and jams for breakfast. Wow! This place is close to town, the room is cosy and the hosts and breakfasts delightful. Had we known about the nature reserve close by, we would have stayed longer.
