Better stay somewhere else! The pictures on hostelworld, booking and hotels do not tell the truth. When I checked in, I asked if I can get the same rate when I want to extend for 4 nights. The gentleman at reception agreed at check-in. Hours later I wanted to pay, but there was either nobody at the reception or they... More

The hotel is located at the edge of town and about a 10 minute walk to any restaurants. We found it well priced and very comfortable. The hotel can arrange tours and shuttles. Breakfast is your standard coffee, cereal, juice, fruit and sweet breads. I don't know if I'll ever make it back to Patagonia, but I would stay here... More

The hostel is family run and the guy is lovely and does whatever he can to be accommodating. Unfortunately, the lady seems to have an underhanded agenda and some of her sales tactics (especially for the cost of their private glacier tour) were misleading. The dorms away from the main building were not a great setup, did not receive wifi and... More

This place is the worst hostel ever. This could not be over rated. The hosts are horrible people. I had a family emergency with my little sister and needed to call a shuttle to the airport and the hosts said no and they are a family ran hostel with pictures of their kids everywhere. They took my credit card when... More

Nothing good to say about this place. It is expensive and despite that you dont get anything in return. Blankets are Old and dirty. The whole dorm smelled like gaz, we told them but they never came to check. according to the website breakfast was included but they denied that and said People from the hostel have to pay. Rooms... Where to start? 1: Laundry service US$16 a wash. It's cheaper in Europe and 8 times the price of a bed in a dorm. 2: Misleading advertising, claims to have the best views of the lake..not from what I can see from the front entrance. 3: Misleading advertising, offers dorms and private rooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Breakfast included!! It's... More

*Do not trust the lady who runs this hostel.* As you can see from my reviews of other places I am not one to give bad reviews, however in this case I believe it is well deserved. In 11 months of travelling I have not had such a frustrating experience as this one. Usually when it comes to hostels I... More

Where to begin ... the dorm cabins are disgusting, cramped. Even thougn two cabins have kitchens, the staff insist everyone uses the kitchen in cabin 3 - so you have 30 people using a kitchen at the same time and all the smells waft up into the bedroom. Also, when we arrived the cabin kitchen was full of dirty dishes... More

We stayed in this hostel for 4 nights and had all in all a good stay. The private room was spacious and very clean, also the beds were comfortable. To get to town it took us 10-15 minutes, it goes up the hill, when you get back to the hostel from town. The breakfast was very good for argentinian standard.... More
