Hilly terrain with a good view of the city, arid (desert like), with rock and plants accordingly, 1 Km away from downtown, restaurants and shopping location, for us walking distance. Accesible tours suttle or large busses for pick up and drop off (excellent ), also will help to make reservation and make recomendations.

This is a family owned hosteria on the outskirts of town. The rooms are very basic, but tidy. We were told that Adriana herself bakes the pastries we were served for breakfast in the morning. She was willing to give us an early breakfast, as we had an excurions to the Perito Moreno Glacier quite early in the morning. The...

Small family owned bed and breakfast. The hotel is a bit of a walk from town but overall easy to get to. Staff are friendly but wouldn't rely on them to help you around tours or offer up information, they didn't even have a town map. Rooms are simple but clean.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Everyone at the hosteria was incredibly friendly and helpful, with plenty of great advice about restaurants in town and travel tips. The owner clearly cares strongly about making sure her guests have a great experience and feel at home. The breakfast was wonderful, including homemade baked goods (different each morning!). The room was very...

This family run Hostería is just lovely. Extremely clean, lovely Argentinian style breakfast (homemade and changes every morning!). Adriana and her family are true beautiful people. He only thing is that it's a 15 min walk to downtown. But taxis are inexpensive so that's an option if you're the lazy kind :).

We spent here just one night but really liked the place. The owners are very kind and helpful. Before our stay there we were allowed to leave part of our extra luggage for no additional cost. We checked-in really late (at about 10-11 pm) and the owner prepared a dinner for us (we ordered it before our arrival but it...

We travelled for two months in South America and this was the best place we stayed. Adriana and her husband are both extremely welcoming. There was a little language barrier as our Spanish was not good but Adriana also speaks French so we struggled along with that! The breakfast, which is all homemade by Adriana is incredible. We will always...

We loved this place! Adriana was so warm and welcoming, we felt right at home here. For us, it is in a great location, a little walk from town but close enough to get there when you need to. Adriana's breakfast was a highlight, absolutely delicious all 3 mornings we were there. The room was clean and warm and everything...

This place reflects all the charme of the Patagonia's experience. Clean and very confortable, open all the seasons. A bit far away from the centre of El Calafate (but still 2km... and few pesos by taxi...) but with much better standard for same price if compared with double/single accommodation at hostels. You can even have dinner if you wish to...

i've been there for 4 nights (in two different moments) with 5 friends in feb 2016. excellent place: the rooms are very clean and cozy, there's a nice and warm living room filled with sunlight - and the owner, Adriana, is extremely kind and willing to help. they kept our extra baggage (we went hiking) for free even if we...
