The room a 10, spacious and clean, well equipped and with an amazing lake window, the super comfortable bed. The park is ideal for enjoying some time outdoors, having a few mattes, reading or sunbathing even in winter. The pool is very clean and it is very good that it can be used indoors or outdoors if the weather accompanies. We had massages and they were great too. The restaurant is very cute, has a very good view of the lake, the super complete breakfast; on several occasions we had dinner right there and the delicious food. Hopefully we can be back soon.

I chose this hotel for the view and I was not wrong. It was spectacular both from my room (4) and from the restaurant and the living room!!! You stay looking at that incredible view... that invites you to RELAX and TOTAL REST! The cleaning was also excellent! There was a constant perfume! The attention of the girls a 10! Dahiana's smile stood out! Always ready! Thank you ! The pool was a super warm ten, with a beautiful view and we also used the sauna. The restaurant food was correct. Everything shows that it is fresh, made on the day! The breakfast is not varied but it was good! It would need more varieties of puddings and fruits or serving machine coffee, some espresso, etc., I don't give it a 5 for this, because of the heating, which for my taste is sometimes overwhelming and cannot be turned down since it is general or something like that. They said at the reception, (in the room I always had to leave a window open because otherwise you would suffocate at night). And the gym didn't have dumbbells or mats and is too small. But I loved the hotel, it has almost everything you need to relax! despite those small details! We spent some super comfortable family days with a beautiful view! Thank you all !

Excellent service as always. In recent times it is my favorite hotel in Bariloche and I always want to return. The place on the shores of the lake is privileged, its garden, its breakfast room with the most beautiful windows to the Nahuel, as well as each of its rooms. Cleanliness, quality linen, good water flow in the bathroom, pool to relax...everything expected. And a good Restaurant that works for both those who stay at the hotel and those who don't, Cuchara Resto. Only the cocktail bar and cafeteria would improve a lot, it is always nice to arrive from an excursion or before dinner sit relaxed to enjoy a quality drink or different types of coffee with some small complimentary accompaniment, a detail that would make the experience unbeatable.

The hotel is a dream. You arrive from the cold of the mountains to the hotel, well heated and with a spa with dream views. It was not necessary to go out to dinner because inside the hotel you will find a restaurant with an incredible variety. They advise you very well on excursions and get you transportation if you are without a car. We have nothing but words of gratitude. We will definitely return next year.

For the 3rd time and with a very good experience again and some recommendations. We were in the BEAUTIFUL quadruple room! With wall-to-wall windows (including the bathroom, which of course still have privacy) overlooking the lake and the mountains 😍. I would only suggest that the glass must be perfectly clean if you want to have those windows, on this occasion they were not so clean. The super spacious room with very comfortable beds, good linen, very quiet, excellent storage space in the closet, with a super pleasant temperature all the time and what would be missing is a wall light with personalized light and a plug in the bed that leads to the bathroom, since there is no nightstand or anything. The breakfast was very good and very well presented, it has improved a lot. The rest of the hotel is beautiful as always, its views of Nahuel Huapi are a luxury. The staff too, all of them, super friendly and competent. And the values are very good considering the crazy prices in Bariloche, that is also notable.

We participated in the New Year's Eve dinner in the hotel restaurant. When we left, the owner, who was present, realized that the expectations we had were not met. The next day he contacted us and invited us to lunch or to spend a SPA day at the hotel... we went for the first option and I want to clarify that expectations were exceeded. And the experience was unique in this beautiful place. We were surprised by the gesture and without a doubt we will return again and again, as we did during this stay in Bariloche. The food is exquisite, the Patagonian lamb grilled, pardon the expression, is finger-licking good. Also the rice with seafood and the rest of the dishes we tried were all exquisite. The view of the lake from the restaurant is where you can spend hours contemplating the beauty of Bariloche. Thank you for the treatment and cordiality, thank you because the summary is a beautiful experience and one that we will always remember

We came in May thinking that the weather was moderate,... terrible snowfall and Bariloche almost isolated. The spectacular view from the room or dining room. Gaby and her staff are at your complete disposal, both to book excursions and to advise us on what to do despite the storm. After a busy day, arrive and enjoy the pool and jacuzzi, very restorative, plus having the possibility of dining in the rest of the hotel, something we did more than once, and we enjoyed a very good menu. The hotel has few rooms and since it was low season there were few of us, which made it very cozy and we loved it

The atmosphere and service are very nice, the food is delicious and at a good price, they have very good options without tacc! I tried the spinach sorrentinos with pink sauce and the super delicious flan!! 10 points. The view from the living room towards the lake and the music at corresponding volume were divine!!

The staff is super loving, everyone is super attentive. Breakfast good, complete. The pool is small, especially if you go in high season it is an issue (the inside part) but on the date we went we were alone. All the rest excellent
