The reception was great: it was a wedding night gift and it was up to scratch. The room with Yakuzzi with the lake views, certainly unforgettable, and the hotel's attention to detail Champan with chocolates a great hit. It has very spacious parking and we were left a breakfast prepared because we had a very early flight. I'd come back? With my eyes closed! All that remains is to discover the other hotels in the chain, which are sure to be just as great.

Spectacular hotel, for the value it has offers everything you need and indispensable, plus the staff is very friendly who works with good vibes and willing to help.

It has a heated pool both outside and inside, and they have it open practically all day (which is also great because there are no time limits), the breakfast buffet nothing to envy a 5 star and the location is spectacular, with tremendous view towards the lake, a few minutes from the center.

They also have a transfer service throughout the hotel and almost 24 hours, just call them to meet you at the reception, for breakfast, dinner etc and take you back to the room.

They have hot and cold water in the lobby to refill as many times as you want, you don’t have to do water shopping for the room, which is a silver and time saving.

The size of the rooms is bigger than a mono atmosphere in Buenos Aires.

In addition, they have a tourist agency inside the hotel, where they offer any number of excursions, walks and activities.

I highly recommend it.

It is my last day in Bariloche; it is the fourth time I come to the city but the first to stay at the hotel. And of course for the fifth time I'm coming here too.
Everything was excellent. Breakfast is delicious and they have many options; dairy, infusions, fruit, protein, carbohydrates... it is super abundant.
The hotel itself is divine, separated into modules and you can ask to be transferred from your room to the reception where the breakfast, spa, pool, gym is. And obvious from there to your module. Cristian took me several times, super nice. Paula, the reception girl, loving. Luciano too, a genius. Excellent service. All the staff was 10.
This time I did not use the spa but I did use the pool. It is very nice, air-conditioned, in-out, the only thing that would need a little maintenance because there are some “tiles” that are loose and the first day I cut my foot a little, but outside of that, excellent.
The views the hotel has are stunning, and the suite where I stayed (luxury suite is called) has the best view, hydro, super spacious, very good lighting, all very comfortable.
It is so well cared for that I thought it was relatively new and it turns out that in July this year they turned 20.
In short, I loved every day at the hotel. Keep it up, guys. We'll see you again next year!

It is the second time we chose the hotel, this time for our honeymoon with our 1-year-old daughter for 10 days. We start by asking for an extra bed (as our daughter does not use the cot) and you are charged 50 dollars + VAT a night. Free of charge we had the sofa bed. When we were leaving the hotel we were charged half the early admission fee to the hotel because at check in we arrived 6.30 am which is 152000, then talking to the reception manager they discounted it because they never made it clear that they would charge me but they charged me breakfast that day (they also did not make it clear that they would charge it but lovingly offered it to us). That day I had my baby sleeping in the reception chair still having the room available as if we were in a terminal but it only mattered that I paid to enter. All very mercenary from the hotel. The soundproofing of the rooms does not exist, you hear everything that happens next door plus for winter they are well heated but for summer they do not have air conditioning, so you sleep quite badly due to the heat. It’s something I saw in comments from previous years and it’s still the same, it’s not something you want to solve obviously. Opening the window is not an option for butterflies and other insects coming in as there is no mosquito net. When cleaning during the day, employees communicate by radio which is also quite annoying because if you want to take a nap it is complicated when they make the other rooms. The hotel facilities are good: well maintained parking, indoor and outdoor heated pool, spa, small gym, sauna, whirlpool in the room. Breakfast is regular, they have savory options (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cheeses, cold cuts) and sweets (variety of fruits, brownies, bills, alfajores and puddings) but it is every day the same. The restaurant lowered its quality in food and attention, to highlight that they do not have a healthy menu for 1 baby of 1 year. Just mashed potato and a grilled breast or 1 beef steak, pretty mediocre that point since there is no pureed pumpkin or other vegetables as a side dish or other protein. I bought some vegetables to see if they could boil them for me, they refused. I asked to heat a meal I bought elsewhere for my daughter and was told they did it by exception and the only time, the other days I had to throw away the food I had left when we ate outside because I didn't have a microwave in the room. A drama for everything in that subtracted. Good service from the reception staff, I highlight Paula's and the guys who took us to the room, the rest should make you take an intensive course in relations and dealing with the guest. We become a little disappointed to be a category hotel with the treatment we received and that the restaurant is not up to scratch. It is not 4 stars as one really should feel while staying. Recommended for couples or families with larger children. We'd like to come back, but there's a lot better for you.

Spectacular hotel.
The attention is unbeatable. Absolutely all the staff are friendly, attentive and helpful.
All check in, out and management processes are fast and efficient.
The restaurant is open all day and the food is delicious and priced right.
The view is beautiful and the facilities are new, clean. The room (we were in a junior suite and en suite) are very spacious and comfortable.
The location is premium, it is very close to the center (5 minutes) but away from the noise, the parking chaos, the groups of graduates and the accumulation of people.

Truly one of the best experiences we have had in hotels. I highly recommend!

The staff were very helpful and... They make you feel very welcome. Breakfast is very complete, varied and abundant. Same for lunch and dinner. There are options for all tastes. The location and views next to the hotel location make it the perfect place to enjoy Bariloche at a commensurate price.

We highlight the comforts offered and, the best, the warmth and professionalism of the employees who gave us personalized attention that even exceeded our expectations.
The restaurant offers a varied menu at competitive prices.
The location that allows to insert into nature and in turn, the ease of moving up to walk to the center.

The hotel is beautiful. I went to the Luxury Suite and had read some comments about the distance between the room and the lobby but it really isn't a great walking distance.
The restaurant has a promotion if you pay for a pack (minimum 3 nights) and you can order any dish on the menu, a starter or dessert and drink included. I leave some pictures, the dishes seemed very good elaboration and quality.
The only thing I suggest to improve is the quality of the breakfast coffee.
The car climb has a minimum of complexity but it's okay.
I highlight the view of the pool where you can observe birds and landscape and the view of the restaurant that accompanies the music.

The hotel is located in a fantastic natural environment.

Breakfast: buffet from fresh fruits, pastries, variety of cafes, and crowns all the incredible view of the lake...

Rooms: we stayed in 2 adjoining rooms (we are a family with 2 children, they were in a standard that was not only great if not with amazing designs and views
Ours, with Jacuzzi overlooking the lake....but you can not ask.

Heated swimming pool: in/out open from mid-morning until 10pm...total relaxation...

Special mention to all its staff ,dedication and attention to the guest is certainly a very important plus.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations, we will definitely return...
