Super comfortable. Due to its central location on Miter Street, you can explore the shopping area and return safely on foot. Very nice accessible spa and heated pool with waterfalls and jacuzzi. The beds are luxurious. The robes were super soft and not tailored. Abundant breakfast.

The location is great, in the center of the main avenue, surrounded by the most renowned shops and restaurants. Close to several tourist attractions such as the Havanna chocolate museum and the natural history museum, as well as having easy access to the others. Huge and wonderful pool, staff were also all very friendly and attentive. The rooms are simple and the double beds are actually two singles pushed together, which is a little uncomfortable. The breakfast also left a lot to be desired, few variations, quickly boring.

The hotel is very well located, clean, very polite hotel staff, just did not give the maximum rating, because the hotel is very expensive, being only offers breakfast and you have to pay to use the sauna, for the price I think it should be included. I also found the hotel small for the value. There are no recreational activities for children.

I booked a superior category room, paid in advance on pix and when I arrived at the hotel to stay with my family after 10 hours of travel, they put me in a much lower room because they said there was no space in the category I had chosen due to the hotel being crowded . It was a small and old room, even the duvet had holes, a tiny bathroom, nothing like the type of room I paid a lot for. I was very disappointed with the hotel!

Very good hotel, great location, clean and spacious rooms, bed and bath linen are of great quality, we liked the breakfast, as it has a lot of variety! The staff are very attentive and kind, it has a large, heated pool, great for relaxing after your tours. I loved everything about the hotel!! I would come back again

Hotel that has good breakfast and attention. Very spacious pool to enjoy. Very central close to all downtown and Bariloche attractions.
The bad thing is that it doesn't have parking and now it's around $30 a day outside which is very expensive. It also doesn't have air conditioning nail on hot days you die. Lots of noise at night

Hotel from a few years ago, but it is clear that it has been well maintained. The room on the third floor, very comfortable, spacious and with very good bed. Breakfast service is quite complete. Surely the highlight is its location, in the center, surrounded by the most important chocolate shops in the city and very close to excellent dining rooms.

Hotel is downtown in the heart of Bariloche. Bellhop service was great, but it was a bummer that they had no parking, not even valet, and I had to park 4 blocks away. The pool was incredible, and possibly worth the stay all in itself. the breakfast also was better than most, with really delicious pastries and a nice selection of fresh fruits. athe downside was the chairs were stained with food from previous slobs. The rooms were mehh. Ours faced a neighboring building with trash bags on the roof. Also, the door to our room let light from the hallway in over the top. I might stay here again, but if I wanted to rent a car to explore Bariloche, I would Uber in to the Cristal for that stay, then Uber back to rent a car and stay somewhere that offered parking.

Hotel well located, friendly staff, but in relation to breakfast the hotel leaves little to be desired. The hotel reports that a meal is served at dinner, but it is only snacks, pizza and a soup of pacotinho (Vono). Despite the cons I still indicate the hotel.

I was disappointed with the hotel. Facilities in need of renovation. Bad internet, reasonable service, the price does not match what it offers. The only advantage was the location. Reasonable breakfast. Shower ok. Bed linen ok. Old towels,
