A beautiful stay... the cabins are beautiful, spacious, bright, comfortable... super equipped... The beds are in the bedrooms... no one sleeps in the living room, there is a hydromassage in the bathroom, TV in the room... WiFi... individual grills... They are truly a dream... The cabins are beautiful, with a wood-burning fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, an individual hammock and barbecue for each cabin, and the heating is excellent. The rooms are located at the top of the cabins, very well distributed and large in size. It has two bathrooms, the upper one with a hydromassage bathtub, a dream. The complex has a heated pool, jacuzzi (to spend the holidays there), sauna, gym. The green space and fauna is another of its wonders, going to look for wood for the home is an activity to enjoy. They also provide you with places for delivery, they have books and games and excellent service.

It's a beautiful place. From the design of the cabins on the outside to inside. Each location of the cabins seems designed to maintain privacy. It has excellent heating. Very equipped and cozy kitchen. TV in front of the armchairs. Very good wifi. Cleaning service. Attention from the reception until 9:00 pm surprised me. You're very close to ordering homemade food at an Av. The pioneers (food house, Melipal ws 2944903711) very economical and abundant, you forget to cook. It was recommended by reception of the cabin complex. The pool very good along with the hydro. It's air-conditioned. It has a changing room and bathrooms so you can change. Also a has very nice gym. We saw snow fall in November and it was beautiful thanks to all the huge windows that the cabin has. It is a magical place that we adopt for every time we return to Bariloche.

Excellent everything! the comfort of the house, the environment and the service. We will return and of course recommend. We want to return with other families and friends because the distance between the houses allows the privacy of each family while knowing that they are accompanied and safe in the place. All the advice and recommendations they gave us on site were extremely useful. It was much better than we imagined.

Excellent place to spend a few days of rest. The cabin equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and comfortable stay. The Spa, Gym and Pool area, very equipped and in excellent condition with everything you need to have a good time. Highly recommended, especially because of the surroundings of the place, very calm and quiet for a better rest, and just a few minutes from the city center.

We have many things to value! First of all the location. It is very well located and has many places nearby to go to dinner, a few minutes from the center, bars and breweries. We also highlight that although it is close to the center, the complex is huge and is surrounded by a beautiful forest and therefore one forgets that it is so close to the center.
It is half a block from Pioneros (we recommend entering by car on this street rather than Bustillo)

Terrible!!! We had a reservation to enter on 12/26/23 and the day before I had to have emergency surgery in my city, they were notified and they did not recognize anything. I have certificates, epicrisis and in a very bad way they responded to me that I lost the trip but they also lost. I asked to go at any time and pay what was due; and they refused, justifying the cancellation policy! Horrible treatment, human quality and customer service.

Beautiful place, perfect. We went with children and they had a great time. The photos are reality itself. The cabin offers everything you need to have a good time and fully enjoy yourself. The facilities of the place such as the swimming pool, gym and playground are well maintained and invite you to use them for enjoyment. Very nice place and super comfortable cabins for 4 adults. The communal spaces are very well maintained. The only thing that would improve is to have a generator set because if the power goes out being all electric you will run out of water as well. I don’t know if it’s usual in Bariloche that there are cuts but it happened to us and I think it’s important to be prepared for this type of eventuality. Thank you x everything! We will definitely be back!
