The hotel is in an unbeatable location on the shore of Lake Nahuel Huapi and within a 15-minute walk of the center of Bariloche. Also stop lines of collectives at the gate that go to Cerro Campanario, Bonita and Serena beaches, Llao Llao, Colonia Switzerland. The very spacious, comfortable room with excellent views of the lake and mountains, although it does not have a refrigerator the hotel has a hot and cold water dispenser available 24 hours next to the lounge where breakfast is served. It also has a park on the side of the lake, common to the restaurant, ideal for enjoying some mates in the afternoon and a clean heated pool with good water temperature. Excellent attention from all the staff, the receptionists, very friendly always prediscussed with any request or query. I also highlight the breakfast, very complete, as well as the daily cleaning of the room.

For many years we have visited Bariloche in March and stayed at this Hotel… Unbeatable view and location… The attention of most of the super friendly staff…. A very rich and abundant breakfast service, with a beautiful view of the Lake… Excellent cleaning conditions… Something to highlight is that every year they offer improvements to their facilities... heated pool, air conditioning, etc. I recommend it! Pet Friendly!

Bathroom ceiling was broken, entrance door broken, bathroom door broken for which they made us pay 25,000. All the beds were dirty with poop. It took them 3 days to fix the bathroom too. The hotel sucks

The first thing that impressed me about this hotel is the beautiful view overlooking Lake Nahuel Huapi. A lake of glacial origin with crystal blue waters. The hotel, away from the center to enjoy the sun and the tranquility of nature.

The rooms and the location in Bariloche are very good, right on the water and close to town. The personal the even better. They were friendly and helpful. But the best, the star of this place was the great breakfasts and and dinner that you can't beat.We checked in and the room facing the Lake was good, then the helpful staff made our stay even better, but breakfast and dinner were the highlights of our stay. This is a hidden gem, not to be missed.

They are renovating and painting the hotel. Next door is a building site, the hotel is a building site. The traffic on the main road is terrible. they should not be renting rooms whilst the renovation is going on. Breakfast was terrible even the toaster did not work. AVOID. could not access garden space due to renovation. Beware of the 2am fan that turns on and makes more noise that a train

Stayed at this property from January 19 to January 23, 2019. Fantastic front desk staff and staff throughout the property. Beautiful view from lake view rooms. Good breakfasts came with the room. Can be a challenge to walk into town during times of high traffic. The property could use some updates, but overall acceptable.
