Excellent attention. Rooms with great views of the lake and very comfortable. Quiet and relaxing. The different saunas, the heated outdoor pool and the jacuzzi leave you feeling new. At La Delfina they serve different and tempting foods.

We spent five nights at the hotel and would happily have stayed for longer as it was such a great place to relax. The views of the lake are stunning and the hotel is very spacious and homely. The weather was dire for our first two days, but there was always a fire in the lounge and we used the well equipped gym and sauna area as well as the outdoor pool which was heated close to 30 degrees C. The bedroom was clean and spacious, with high ceiling and a wonderful view. When the weather improved we took a boat from the hotel jetty over to Los Arrayanes National Park which is beautiful - we did the walk across the park another day. We had a car, which is helpful to see the area, but we just walked to local restaurants in the evening or ate at the hotel’s own restaurant next door which is fantastic (albeit that it does not offer coffee after the meal).
The staff spoke good English and were very helpful in organising boat trips etc. Our only complaints were a) that the background music in the living area became very repetitive if you spent any time there (which we did for a couple of days during the bad weather) as there is only so much Jack Johnson that you can take, and b) a Nespresso machine offered coffee for A$110 but was rarely there. Breakfast was decent and relaxed, and they would make eggs on request.
Overall, this is one of the best boutique hotels that we have stayed in and would love to come back at some stage.

Had an excellent stay and experience at this hotel. The spot where the hotel is located is one of the bests around the place, with a great coastal line to enjoy sunsets, a huge open fireplace and vast green area for the family to hang around. Hotel is in perfect shape. The Staff is super warm, there's always a YES as an answer and will make you feel at home every time.

Like being in a beautiful and welcoming home. This lovely small hotel was our home for 4 days as we explored the beautiful lakes of the region. Accommodating in every way. Even did our laundry! Their restaurant Delfina is superb. A delicious find in every way.

A wonderful, comfortable place. The service is amazing, they do everything to make you feel comfortable. It is a place for those who prefer small boutique hotels over large ones. Their restaurant, Delfina, is wonderful, and is a magnet to many in the area.

La Escondida is quite, the decor is perfect and the facilities are very well maintained. It is located very close to the ski station and the views from the rooms are amazing. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, which gave ample space for us and the kids. The retaurant is a great option as well.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful and quiet setting by the lake. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful, I would definitely recommend the hotel restaurant on the grounds as well. This hotel was the perfect place to stay for our honeymoon, we had an exceptional Christmas Eve dinner in the hotel restaurant. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable and we really enjoyed the outside swimming pool overlooking the picturesque bay. The free use of the hotel kayaks was also great.

I really am not sure about air conditioning. We stayed in the autumn and didn’t need it. In fact there was a fire in the lounge and the heating was on. I highly recommend staying there though. Maybe email them?
There are more places to choose from in the Villa La Angostura area.
