We were two couples traveling together in Argentina in November. We only had six nights at Arco Iris, but next trip to Argentina we will definitely stay longer. The two bedroom, two bathroom cabana next to the yard and river was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was cold and windy during our stay, but the fireplace warmed... More

We were a half-world away from home, but it was still difficult to leave. The cabanas are comfortable and maintained exquisitely. Everything about our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. All we had to do is fish. Hector and Ida and their staff took care of the rest. You can see the attention to detail in the decor, outdoor barbecue facilities,... More

These cabañas are new and modern, with fully equipped kitchens, covered parking, and everything very tastefully done, freshly painted and all spic-and-span. And unlike others than regardless of how many rooms they have still have only 1 bathroom, Arco Iris has two bedrooms (plus sofabed in living room) and two FULL bathrooms, which is great. Ida and Hector are also... More

I originally booked to stay with Hector and Ida for 2 weeks, but liked the cabins, the town and the area so much I stayed for a further week. The cabins are very nicely designed and kept very clean and in good repair. The setting, by the river, is very peaceful and quiet. This is a perfect setting to explore... More

Thank you Hector for your friendly welcome. After fishing trip, we often cooked late at night and the next day, your staff had done cleaning and washed up dishes, thereby the accommodations were very clean every day. The garage in the courtyard near the river and the barbecue were well appreciated too. Thanks to you Hector and to your staff... More

I wanted to fish for trout for a few days & needed to stay somewhere where the fishing was good and my 3 companions would enjoy while I was fishing.San Martin looked perfect, and I chose Arco Iris from the web site and because Hector, the owner, could arrange... I have traveled to San Martin to fish many times and I always stay at Cabanas Arco Iris near the town center. This year for 6 days it was as good as always. The cabanas are modern, roomy, spotless, have fine cooking facilities, and everything works. Arco Iris has a great set-up to barbecue and eat outside. Having drinks while... More

Cabanas Arco Iris is an absolutely wonderful place to stay if you and your family/group are in San Martin. It is located only a short distance from downtown, which is very convenient. The Cabanas are super clean and very comfortable. Additionally, there is a lovely little stream in the back, which is the perfect place to kick back and read... More

I had guest stay at Cabañas Arco Iris last November. They were extremely happy, the accomodations were excellent, they could sit by the stream in the evening or morning and enjoy the sounds and silence of the mountain, although it is within 10 minute walk from downtown.

We have stayed at Arco Iris on several occasions now and still rate it one of the best places, if not THE best we have stayed at in Patagonia. That said it is probably not the best for 1 or 2 nights and you plan to eat out. But if you want a longer stay and you want to make... More
