We stayed 3 nights and we liked very much Carpe Diem... Relaxing, with a fine library full of guide books about South America,, If you like animals, this is the right place for you.. thank you Ricardo!

At first we couldn't find the B&B, it was hidden in a nondescript street and door. But once we entered it we entered into an elegant house with a colonial feel to it. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. Free water, coffee and fruit were provided in the lounge/breakfast area. The room and bathroom was roomy and clean. We...

Good value for money and nice breakfast with delicious homemade cakes. Friendly and helpful staff. This B&B just somehow did not live up to my expectations. While it was furnished quite tastefully with antiques, I would not call it cosy or homely. It felt a bit like being in a museum or a great aunt's house where one didn't dare...

Lovely elegant house in the middle of the cit y but it was very quiet. Ricardo was extremely attentive and arranged car hire for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was the best we have eaten in Argentina, after 3 weeks of travelling.

This place had no air conditioning and was literally miserably hot.The only window available had no screen or cover, and the mosquito population was significant. And, you do not have to be allergic to cats to be bothered by 14 of them; enough so that the garden was not a place you would like to be.In general it was awful,...

Everyone says this place is excellent, but we were still very pleasantly surprised! It is central, has a lovely garden, nice spacious rooms. Very nice breakfast! The host and hostess help with everything they can, renting a car, giving advice on where to go and what to do. It is centrally located, still just outside the very busy area. Our...

Behind a non-descript door on a narrow street lies a little paradise. A small courtyard with rooms set around it, a lounge and a beautiful garden .. wonderfully furnished with antiques and interesting decorations. The rooms were a good size and comfortable, again nicely furnished.... but it's the public areas that are delightful Breakfast was tasty and served on china...

We have spent four days with Ricardo and his team in their lovely place. It is a bit of a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle outside. Ricardo organised us a car from Fredico at Trip Car Rental and he was brilliant. We spent one day going north to Salines Grandes and the second day going south to Cafeyette. Both...

I really enjoyed my stay at Carpe Diem - it is central to everything in town and has spacious bedroom/bath suites in this beautiful home. Owner and staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Great value for the price!

Riccardo is a very attentive and helpful host. The house is beautiful and has very big, clean and airy rooms. There are many choices of common areas you share with the other guests. There are two very friendly house cats - so those with allergies might need to take precautions.

Thank Dawen G
